Loved the resort, had the beach villa with pool! Amazing honeymoon, staff were friendly, resort was a little pricey but don't regret it! Food was great, the breakfast was nice. We went during the festive season and has a great time at the resort.

Wonderful location in close proximity to shopping centre and restaurants. Magical and heavenly looking hotel and was extremely relaxing experience. Good breakfast options available and easy access to beach. Very expensive spa facility when compared to counterparts at Samui. Overall I recommend this to young and old who want a tranquil relaxing stay on the beautiful island.

The Briza is a perfect 4star experience. It was the perfect fit for us as a honeymoon couple. We stayed for a week. The service from the staff, especially Jame, was fantastic! The room was fabulous, although it was upstairs and far from the dining area and beach....but that was not an issue. We gladly walked to a lovely breakfast in...

Our last and final hotel of our months holiday in Thailand, The Briza was disappointing. The hotel is hilly and has loads of Ramps and steps which are badly lit at night time. If you are a bit unsure on your feet - this is not the place for you. The Pool is situated high on the hill, far from...

Dear Sir/Mam, First of all, we appreciate that you spend your holidays with us even though there are issues you have come across. We treat these issues as “constructive criticisms”, although some of it has something to do with the resort’s location and design which cannot be altered or changed, nevertheless, part of what you brought up will surely be...

My wife and I stayed at the Briza for 4 days in Dec'13, had a really lovely time at the hotel. The Staff was extremely polite, helpful and accommodating. The hotel ambience was beyond words and hotel room (duplex) was massive which opened right infront of the pool. Its a huge property so be ready to walk the slopes or...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
”Briza Beach Resort, Srivijaya in Samui” Inspired by the great Srivijaya Empire, which flourished along the shores and among the islands of Southeast Asia a few centuries ago, the resort is a haven of ease and tranquility. Here, on idyllic Samui Island, The Briza recaptures the spirit of Srivijaya, the lightness and grace of its art, the security and serenity that springs from a civilization moulded by the gentle Buddhist faith. This heritage of a rich and glorious culture is complemented by the splendour of nature. Set against a lush backdrop of palms and forested hills are Samui’s superb white sandy beaches and quiet coves bathed by the clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand. All is a wondrous celebration of the exotic. ... more   less
