This is my first time here at Casa de mar Kho-Samui and we were not expecting a lot when coming to this hotel. And it turns out to be a fantastic hotel with very helpful and service minded staff, especially Aor, who is warmly taking care of us since we arrived and she is excellent in hospitality and service. We had a private dinner for my birthday, and it was so romantic with the special set up combine with the great quality food. Thank you to Aor and all staff for making my trip and my memory beautiful.

When booking a hotel for your holiday, you hope that it will meet your expectations. And these are based on their website and the reviews. For us, this hotel surpassed everything that had been written about it. The reception area is bright and clean. It has a welcoming atmosphere, an image supported by the excellent staff who man the desk. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are quick to assist with every enquiry. All the staff have big, beaming smiles, and a cheery greeting whenever they see you. Bedrooms are spacious, with the usual range of fittings. The mattresses and pillows are firm, with beds made daily by the cleaners. Bathroom and beach towels are changed as often as you need. All rooms have a balcony or veranda, with views ranging from brilliant to OK The cleaners are a friendly bunch, happy to greet everyone who walks past. The restaurant team are brilliant, greet you with a smile and offer an excellent service. Breakfast offers a wide range of hot and cold food, with a chef to cook any egg based product you can think off. Both lunch and dinner offer a good choice from the menu, and a reasonable price. Plus FILTER COFFEE as the norm. The tables offer a great view of either the sea, or outdoor pool via the open aspect design and layout. Special occasion meals are available, and staff go to great efforts to deliver a wow factor. Double width sunbeds line both lengths of the pool. Further tables are adjacent to the children's pool. Steps down from the restaurant or pool lead to a long veranda offering further sunbeds, outdoor tables and chairs, or beanbags. Four steps lead down to the small beach, with a gradual sloping entrance to the warm sea. It's perfect for young children to gain water confidence and learn to swim. It is a bit shallow for adults to do any serious swimming, but makes it easy to use the free paddle boards, located alongside the steps. For those who are interested, there is a well equipped and maintained gym. And if you need a massage, there are three Thai ladies on site from 10:30, with a range of massage and beauty treatments at very competitive prices. There are two minor drawbacks which stop this hotel being perfect. 1. It is located on a small backroad, complete with potholes, which can be visually off-putting when you first catch sight of it. 2. The WiFi can be intermittent. Log on in your room and you may find you have to do it again on reaching the restaurant. And yet again when you are on the sunbeds.…

Amazing views from the pool, great food, incredible service. The spa by the pool was the bonus as well as the paddle board. It is on the quiet side of Chaweng which felt perfect in my opinion. Can't wait to return

I really enjoy here！ The beach is only a few steps away. The food is delicious. The service staff is very friendly!! Because I am Chinese, they prepared rice porridge for breakfast. they are so cosiderate！ 😭😭Everyone I met was so lovely and friendly. love this place！

Place was much better than I initially expected, all staff members especially Jinny really made my stay amazing ! The beach is beautiful, the food is decent and the beds are the softest I felt in a long long time! Last but not least the view of the sea is stunning!

The breakfast was a way beyond expected. Very diverse, delicious, and with an incredible view to the sea. The rooms are great and the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and gentle. So close to everything. We enjoy our 5 day stay very much, and again, the view is just spectacular.

Nice place to relax and they have verry good food I eat the pad Thai, spicey beef salad, shrimps, Khao soi. I think I eat everything on the menu and they are all of them realy nice and don't forget the mango sticky rice. You will enjoy here.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great facilities right on the beach. We had the most comfortable sleep and then were brought over free coffees while we sat by the pool first thing in the morning. Lots of day/sun beds with umbrellas for shade looking out over the pool and the beach.
