We were a group of 18 bicyclists who stayed here on the route Venice-Ravenna-Florence coming in the late evening and leaving in the morning. We had pre-ordered dinner at the hotel. The service was good and friendly. The dinner at 35 € including most drinks was very generous and tasty. Breakfast big, with Italian standards. Extra plus to safe bike...

A slightly old fashioned/ authentic family hotel, but beautifully located on a waterway in the centre of Comacchio. We were on a package, but the dinners and breakfast were nevertheless good. Restaurant was on a 'boat' right outside the hotel; a nice touch.

Lovely B&B-style accomodation right in characteristic town centre. The town is a little jewel. We stayed in the family suite, which was elegantly furnished and has a lovely skylight. Our daughters had proper beds. Linens and toiletries are high quality. Staff is friendly. They run a high-quality restaurant in the same building so you get home made buns and seasonal...

The room was large and had a sky light. The bath was large and airy with every amenity. The safe was sufficient to hold several electronic devices including a Chrome Book and a camera of large size. WiFi was good at first but turned spotty and then good again. Breakfast was not served until as late as 8:30 and no...

This is a very nice hotel, situated on the canal and very central. It is a great place to stay to explore Comacchio and the surrounding area. From the moment you are first welcomed there is a nice, friendly atmosphere. It is very clean, furnished nicely and the air conditioning is good. The breakfast is nice but the seafood in...

the hotel is right in the middle of beautiful Comacchio. Rooms are fine, and the meals of good quality and served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. One night we ate on the boat tied up just outside the hotel front door (which opens onto the canal). The hotel is very much geared to cyclists (as we were) and they store...

I know that hotel and restaurant reviews can be separated on this site but as this is a small family run place it seems sensible to take both aspects together. Our hotel room was lovely and couldn't be better placed to enjoy the limited but charming attractions of Comacchio. We looked out on one of the many small canals that...

This lovely hotel is located alongside one of the canals and on lovely evenings you dine on a "boat". The food is exceptional. Some of the best we have ever eaten. Breakfast offers a good spread and you can eat in or out in a courtyard. The room was a reasonable size and the bathroom facilities good. Effective air-con and...

We were treated with a very warm welcome upon our arrival. Our room was ready and we had the junior suite. It was very nice with a very quaint layout. The room was clean and excellent air conditioning. The bathroom conditions were excellent. This is a family run hotel and restaurant and they show their pride in the hotel with...

As part of a trip to see Comacchio we booked a night at Locanda La Comacino, which is located in the centre of Comacchio on the canal. We arrived to a warm welcome and a lovely room, which was on the first floor. The rooms are not large but they have effective air conditioning, mini bar and nice toiletries too....
