Fantastic renovation of historic building with with good restaurant and very comfortable and well designed rooms and common areas. Lover the modern touch and photos of the building in its pre hotel days.
Great starting point for the Camino Frances.
Stayed here as part of my Camino journey. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has beautiful decor inside the old building. Rooms and bathroom was spotless. The hotel is right on the Camino path so makes for an easy early morning...More
Maybe a "true pilgrim" wouldn't stay in a proper hotel, but after a difficult hike from St. Jean Pied de Port to Roncesvalles, we felt we deserved it. Most of our day was spent in the cold rain and the last two beds in the...More
Good place to stay as not a lot of choice in Roncesvalles. The hotel is modern and comfortable. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. No A/C, there is a lift, WiFi was a bit hit and miss. Lovely and quiet. The...More

I am not sure what laundry facilities are at the Hotel, but if they cant help you, you can try the hostel set in the old monastery grounds next door, which caters for walkers on the pilgrimage to Santiago De Compostela. I am wondering if they may be able to help with laundry, even if it is facilities you might have to use yourself.
It is a long shot, but worth enquiring. Having said that there is every possibility that the hotel can deal with laundry, it is just that we did not need to take advantage of such facilities when we visited.
