i sent my clients here. After two years of trying to get my commission Constantin Bournaveas still has not paid. He provided an email offering to pay but never paid. Not good customer service at all. I put my clients here with good intentions of good business, but he offered none.

The hotel looks nice enough and Maddie does all the work to keep it clean and looked after. Not suitable for children or limited mobility due to steps and steep paths. Basic breakfast, bread, sliced meat, cheese, boiled egg, tea, coffee, 'orange' juice. No yoghurt or fruits. Mattresses are too hard and only 1 pillow. If you can time when...

A nice looking hotel but miles from nowhere . No tv no kettle and the owners are rude beyond belief. We have spent the last 5 days at another hotel pool just to get away from here having to rent a car to escape. Everywhere we go we are followed to see what we are doing even at the pool...

In all my years of travelling this is the worse hotel we have had the misfortune to stay in.the couple who 'run it' should never be in the hotel business.they are unfriendly bordering on aggressive at times.the room are very basic with thin mattresses on the bed.no TV or tea/coffee facilities although the view is outstanding.the one & only positive.breakfast...

As someone else states you'll either love this place or hate it. We enjoyed our stay, the owners were pleasant, the rooms are cleaned daily and spacious, the view from the balcony is superb and the continental breakfast was nice. The pool is fantastic but is up a steep hill and if you struggle walking this place isn't really suitable...

Eventually found this hotel way out of Kassiopi and were told they had overbooked so we would be in their "best room" but only with double, not twin beds which we had booked. After a breakfast of stale bread, cheap meat and cheese, powdered orange juice, went out for the day; on returning, we were put in a twin bedded...

We had a dreadful experience here which resulted in the owner attacking my husband. We arrived for a one night stay having booked and paid online. When we arrived with our 8 year old daughter the owner said that we had not paid for a child and would have to pay more. He then changed his story and said that...

I think you'll either love or hate this hotel. We loved it! The owner is eccentric and can be crabby but he's also extremely friendly and never stops working. I don't know why travellers could be offended as he's also very nice. The wife is one of the best hosts I've ever met, she is extremely kind and helpful. The...
