Stayed here for 2 nights and worth every cent. Could not pick any fault with this place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had lost my travel card and they went help me try and locate it. Happy to assist with transfers to and from the pier to other places. Food was fantastic and nicely presented. I highly recommend the Gyoza, fisherman’s pie and snapper with white wine sauce. The room was extremely clean and very nice. Pool was lovely and cool. Great views of all the neighbouring islands. Loved the outdoor shower even the hill climb to room was a good leg day work out. Would definitely come back here again.

This is a very good hotel. Excellent service and staff. The restaurant serves great food. Breakfast is a little odd, but tastey all the same. List bicycles on the website - but don't have them available - ended up hiring a scooter which is the best way to get around.
Rooms are spacious and our private pool was amazing apart from the roof blocking our view!

This is a really nice place to stay. Staff are welcoming and friendly, breakfast is very nice selection and good quality. We stayed in 202 which is a higher level bungalow (so are 301, 302, 303 and 501/2) and it has a great view of the sea / islands. There are power lines as the other reviews mention, but in a higher bungalow they are not obtrusive and no issue for me anyway. Pool is very clean, a little chilly but a great way to cool down. Island is quiet which is what we were looking for. Highly recommended. I have not put 5 stars as some of the decor is getting worn ( laminate floor is coming up in places, the odd dead mosquitoes on the walls) and having stayed at ‘The Place’ in Koh Tao which is truly 5 stars (although twice the price) I have rated a 4 star - but I am being very picky.

We have booked Family Pool Villa for 3 nights expecting to have a very nice and relaxing holiday before go back to busy schedule.
The atmosphere, room layout, view is amazing, answer what we what.
Here are the feedback from us what you may have to improve to get better rate on the review
- Hotel diesn't have telephone but you can contact the staff via whatsapp which is pretty easy but on your letter in the room should taken out the part that said press "0" to contact staff
- once we arrived one of the staff told us that all the items above the freeze was free so me and my partner took some snack that had mentioned it free. The next morning the reception staff came to me and asked if I want to pay for minibar right now or upon checked out. I mentioned to her that we have been informed that we can eat that for free so of course I don't want to pay for that. She asked me who is the person that give you that information at the time she asked I can't remember exactly who and when so I said I think the guy from whats app because I called him about the water in the room that I want more. But actually was the guy that took us to the room when we checked in, I didn't tell her right away that who have given me information because I have to go out and was thinking to come back and tell her. But I got a call non stop trying to reach me when I am driving motorbike. I would say they should have drop me a message when I don't pick up to call back but anyways, I have to stop the motorbike on the side of the road and pick up the call because I thought there is something very very urgent. The call i got is just to find out who exactly is the one who gave me that information about minibar and the guy on the phone keep saying the same thing for 4 minutes call that he will have to find out who give me information and he will have to check CCTV. I said I don't care what they will handle behind the door because that was their process and i don't need to know. I just said for whatever I have taken which is 1 noodle and 2 bags of nuts that we have informed not to pay we will not pay but for whatever we will take after this we will pay. Anotherthing about the call is the tone of voice that I got from the staff is not i am expecting. The call is pretty aggresive and bad attitude.
Turn out on the next morning by saying anything the staff come to clean the room and clean all the minibar in the room left nothing but water. This is rediculous protocal i have ever expereinced. The staff at least should inform us that they want to take all the minibar out. And since we said we are going to pay for whatever we take after this what is the reason of clearing all out????
Apart of the hotel atmostphere the comment above is kind of ruin my holiday.

Booked the deluxe room as it had a private infinity pool. Negotiated a good price in person - 3200 bhat per night.
The view from pool, over the Andaman sea, was amazing. My only minor issue was that the view was slightly spoiled by the roof of the building in front. It didn't really bother us but I had to perform a few complex camera maneuvers to capture that postcard/Facebook profile photo.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The beach in front of the hotel is not accessible via foot due to a steep cliff. The nearest beach is 10-15 mins via motorbike, which you can hire from the hotel at 300 bhat per 24 hours. Hiring a moped is a must in order to see the rest of the island. The beaches are lovely and unspoiled by the tourist industry that has damaged other islands such as Koh Phi Phi or Phuket. However, be aware that most restaurants close by 9pm and there aren't any bars or clubs on the island. Driving after sunset is also not advisable as the street lighting is poor.
The hotel restaurant is decent enough. However, we preferred the restaurant Ban Rim Nam, which had some of the best seafood that I have ever tasted.
The outside of our room was cleaned daily and our bed was made. We were not provided with clean towels. Again, this didn't particularly bother us as we were only staying two nights but for the price we paid I would have expected fresh towels.

I had great hopes for this hotel as the pictures looked amazing online. I paid a lot for a 3 night stay as it was a special occasion but I was very disappointed. If I'd had paid half the price of what I did then it would have been worth it but sadly I did not.
The minute we got there the lady immediately tried upselling the room to us. She explained that what is described as the "deluxe sea viewroom" is actually quite basic and with no spa bath or pool, despite the misleading pictures on the booking. She did a sales pitch and got us to upgrade spending an extra 3000baht. She then continued trying to tell us more things we could buy/how much everything costs/what we would be charged for if we did this or that. It was quite shocking.
The view from the rooms have amazing potienal (see pictures) BUT there are HUGE telephone wires completey obstructing this. This was obviously NOT on the pictures at the time of booking.
I booked this for my partner's birthday and at the time of booking I explained in the 'extra information/requirements' section of the booking that it was a special birthday occasion. Nobody contacted me and there was zero recognition of the request.
The room itself was very small for the price. It was clean but it did not have the sense of luxury that we were expecting. After upgrading our room to get a "private" pool, we found the men next door could see straight into ours and were waving and drinking. Not private at all.
One of the worst parts were, after being convinced to upgrade to the "spa bath" room, it turned out to be just an average sized bubble bath. It was leaking and had mould on the glass. Worse, when I was in it, because it is NOT maintained, one of the covers of the jets was missing and my toes got trapped inside. I could not pull it out, it was horrendous. I had to scream for my partner to rush and switch off the jets at the mains. My foot was cut and very bruised. If my partner hadn't turned it off so quickly I feel there could have been serious damage.
The included breakfast was good. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly.
Overall, if you are willing to pay the price of this hotel then spend your money elsewhere; for the same price I am sure you can get much better standard.

We stayed here for just a single night but should of stayed for more. The room reminded us of a 5 star place we stayed at in Phuket. Upon arrival the the service was fantastic and the staff spoke good english and were extremely helpful.
The room itselfs was extremely clean and very fresh. We liked the shower as is was so big. We only stayed in the standard room without a pool but it was amazing. The food at the restuarant was genuine thai food. Breakfast was also fantastic with having the option of how you wanted your eggs cooked as requested.
Overall I'd say for this type of villa in the location its a big 5 stars from us

Did spend 4 night here in januari 2018. The hotel, we had a room with private pool, was very nice. The view over the see was really nice. The staff super. The small restaurant is good. Nothing more around the hotel so we ate there every evening. Free transport to Long Beach is a plus. The tide comes very early, have to visit the beach in the morning before the low tide sets in.

From the first to the last minute of our stay we had a very pleasant time. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, Delicious and well presented food and drinks and great breakfast with lots of cooked-to-order options apart from the buffet. You can easily rent a scooter (extremely recommend) or organise a boat trip at the reception. The room with the private pool is amazing!
