We were guests here for three nights and after staying in a few chintzy tiny rooms in various B and B's on our island hopping journey we were delighted to be shown to a wonderful light spacious bedroom with a big ensuite bathroom including large bath. The bed is enormous and so comfy. The views from the windows on three...

The location of this modern and stylish building is quite remote, but you can really experience the solitude and space of Hebridean island life here. Views are fantastic, and the large rooms are very well and comfortably equipped. Jac is an engaging host, and brings a continental flair and artistic intelligence to this place. His knowledge of the Uists and...

We spent one night in Jac's lovely home as part of our tour of The Isles. This is not your average B&B, you really feel very welcomed and more a house guest than a paying customer. Jac is great company and provides a lovely continental breakfast. Our room was very spacious with fantastic all round views, we would definitely recommend...

We spent two evenings at Bagh Alluin with Jac who made us feel very welcome in his beautiful home. A great location with beautiful views (both inside and out) Jac was an interesting host full of local information. We enjoyed a truly continental breakfast which was refreshing and delicious, with plenty of choice and enough for eight people, we were...

We stayed here for one night. The views from the room were outstanding with a really comfy bed and Jac seems to be a really nice guy. Breakfast was OK, and the room wasn't as clean as we would like with some places needing to be dusted. For the price paid we expected spotless rooms to go with the amazing...

Each year it is one of the highlights of the year, going to The Hebrides and staying in Bagh Alluin. The perfect place to forget the urban jungle and to find the happiness of nature, hospitality and 'nothing te do". The beaches on Baleshare are unsurpassed quit. The sheep are very communicative. The skies are breathtaking So......we will be back!

Situated right in the middle of Baleshare Bagh Alluin caters to the traveler who seeks solitude. Which North Uist offers in abundance, as it is devoid of any major tourist attraction - that's exactly what makes it such a great place. So if you are content with walking a beach for hours and hours without meeting anyone at all, this...

Unique, fantastic, beautiful, magical - it's all been said before and it is all true. Jac is lovely host with a big warm welcome. We were treated to a wonderful sunset from our room. It is beautiful because it is remote - so think about your evening meal in advance! We brought food and ate in the book - Jac...

Jac is a wonderful host, warm and welcoming...much like his home. The location is ideal with unspoilt views of the surroundings. Floor to ceiling windows make a feature of the incredible landscape, and bring the outdoors inside. Jac's artwork, inspired by the outer hebrides, adorns the walls, and captures the character of the isles perfectly. It is a unique space,...

Jac was a lovely host and his house is wonderful work of architecture, allowing you to take in the unspoilt views whilst lounging in warm and modern comfort. Breakfast was fantastic, loads to choose from. The room was immaculate and had everything you need, plus a bit extra. We would definitely visit again.
