We walked in into the hotel at 8pm in the evening looking for a place to stay in lucban. The receptionist gave us a deluxe room good for 4 pax for 3k. We were 5 persons but he allowed us to stay without additional charge. The hotel manager and staff are very friendly. The hotel is inside the town and...

When we go to lucban to visit relatives we always check in at patio rizal. Why? Bcoz this hotel is in the center of lucban not to mention its facing lucban municipality and a lot of resto and bars is sprawling around this hotel. Try to book the room without a view its a lot quiet. Or the inner room...

Stayed here for one night and noticed that maintenance and housekeeping need serious attention. This hotel is centrally located and close to everything (convenience store, church, local restaurants, and souvenir shops). There are 2-3 "designated" parking slots on the street at the back of the hotel so if you happen to find their parking full, good luck parking elsewhere. The...

Its walking distance to the church and next door to several eateries and cafe's such as Cafe San Luis (an excellent place to hang out at nighttime!), Mustiolas and Buddy's. Although the hotel might be ok by Lucban standards, when measured against the standard of other more modern hotels (like Queen...

Good location and good service. If you are just passing by, this is the hotel for you. You can hear the noise from outside because this hotel is beside the street but beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Plus breakfast is included.

If I am to renovate this hotel, I would paint it white inside and out and change the windows into "capiz" windows to give it a touch of antiquity that is reminiscent of the Spanish era. I will remove the plastic flowers hanging from the ceiling of the lobby into native decorations and paintings for which Quezon is known for...
