Quite, clean and cozy hotel. All staffs are nice and kind. Bathroom condition and room condition is stunning. Only one cons is not good to come here with public transport. If you can rent a car or using taxi, here is nice hotel in florence. I'm sure you love here.
Is basic, poor and is not cheap. It has a normal price, but i sugest you to search for another new hotels, or even to try new places... it could be a little bit expensive, but if is for your stay, paid by you... is ok, you deserve all the best. I stayed many times here.... and allways basic. Not good!! Normal.. basic. I don t like the breakfast atmosphere... so cold..but the food is ok for breakfast. For a buesniess trip is ok... but we all... must try new .. better things in our lifes!!
We did not want to stay within the city Florence and choose a suburb hence. You can take the train into Florence. Car park (free) is next to railway station. The hotel is a luxury business hotel. It's run very professional to accomodate the many groups and buses with tourists. the rooms are superb and clean. Outside you find on walking distance a huge mall with a big supermarket (Coop) and we had a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant
we rented that hotel because it said a train was accessible to go downtown Florence; we had a car but don't like to take to a city center; Maybe because it was a Sunday but train station was closed, the tickets machine was not in operation; we went on the track hoping to buy tkts on board train but were told: NO; the girl at the desk had given us the time of the next train which was 2 hrs later than our check-in...so we lost that tine and ended up driving into Florence. e were out of luck because there was an important bicycle race...we could not even cross the street to go to a monument...no sign of Hop On/Off buses....We had to wait for the following day to see any of the sights.
The location is not that great, I stayed here as I had a car and my appointment was not too far from the hotel. I was upgraded and given a nice and spacious room. When you arrive, it feels like an old abandoned area but the hotel building raked is well maintained. The lobby is also nice and welcoming. The staff are helpful. I saw many tourists staying here. Mainly lot of business travellers. My stay was comfortable and I would go back here if I had meeting in this area.
Location of hotel maybe good for business people, who is coming to this area, but absolutely bad for tourists, who visited Florence. Hotel entrance looks like as warehouse entrance, only our bus driver can park here. I don’t know if I can find entrance to this hotel if I would use my car. The room is good size and bad as well. I immediately feel nostalgia about Marriott when try pillows. Not good at all. For business hotel there are just one outlets for charge your phone, tablet, camera. Sure, there is no safe in the room, but frankly speaking safes at reception area are good and like bank safe with two keys: one for you and one for hotel personnel. Don’t even look for coffee/tea pot in your room, and don’t look for TV in bathroom. it’s only for VIP guests, not you. Bathroom is clean, but tiny, and in bath hotel uses fabric shower curtain, so water often on the floor. Breakfast was worst from four hotel we use in this trip. Little choice, but major problem was coffee, that even Americans made complaint. I will not recommend this hotel for tourists because of location and everything mentioned above…
Last week week were touring Italy with a very good tour company and they arranged a stay one night at this hotel. While the hotel itself was good for a one night stop, we noticed things about it that were worth mentioning. The rooms were clean and comfy. The wi-fi worked fine as well. However, there are no room safe's in this hotel, so you need to check in your valuables at the front desk. This would be a drawback if you're staying here for more than one evening. The food in the buffet breakfast was good, but the staff was very cold, to say the least. I was abruptly scolded about closing the lid to the egg tray, even though it was not left open long. I also observed a rude conversation from one of the staff as they told traveler's that no luggage was allowed in the dining area. The rest of the staff seemed friendly, but the dining help needs training. I think there's other hotels in this area that are worth checking out before checking in at this one!…
We got a beautiful room, but not great views. It had good air conditioner and thank god for bidets. The TV didn't have many channels and that was disappointing. The reception staff were pleasant and cheerful. The food was great as an Indian Chef had cooked special meal for our group.
We had visited on a family holiday and ended up in this hotel on the third day of our holiday. It has a big reception, breakfast place is decent and the rooms are also very good. One thing is that for triple sharing they need to have a full bed and not a bed in a steel cot which cost them their full rating Other than this no complaints
Definitely not a 4 stars hotel both from the outside, the inside (the room was quite hot but air conditioning forbidden by law before May, I was there in April) and a bar that I always found closed, having tried at 14h and 23h (was told it hd just closed but it looked closed since ages). Confort of the bed OK but again not 4 stars.
