The B&B Villa Isa is a beautiful B&B, conveniently located on the edge of the hill town of Manciano. We stayed 5 nights and found this to be a perfect base for visiting nearby Saturnia, Montemerano, Pitigliano and even the coastal towns near Orbetello. The B&B has amazing views of the valley and coast. Our corner room had fantastic views,...

Continental breakfast with sweets only except our hostess gave us some local cheese and meat one morning to taste which was very nice. Easy walk into Manciano and...

Manciano itself is worse staying there also because there are only a few tourists and...

We were very pleasantly surprised by the great hospitality shown by the owners, although we only managed to communicate mostly in 'sign language'. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and...

I have stayed at Villa Isa on many occasions since my first visit in October 2000. I enjoy first class private accommodation with spectacular views to the sea and the islands beyond where the sun sets. I do my own shopping and pass two bars on my way to and from the shops. I cook for myself in the kitchen...
