We chose that hotel as basecamp for a Cape town vosit with family and enjoyed it a lot. Breakfeast is outstanding, restaurant food is excellent, we only had to wait a bit long. My negative point is environment, it is not for an evening walk outside. Family suites are really big and stuff is friendly

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are immaculate. The staff are willing to go the extra mile. The location looks a bit strange, but do not let that discourage you. This is a great hotel.

When you pull up to the hotel, one wonders if it is going to work because of location but we found it to be perfect in every way. Probably number one would be the helpful staff. We had a rental car to return and the front desk arranged for it to be picked up for a small fee which allowed...

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it has never disappointed me. Accommodation is great, service is excellent - and they responded to all my needs. This is now our preferred hotel in Cape Town.

Nice hotel, fantastic staff nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. Pool, gym and plenty of shops in the complex. Free shuttle bus to the V&A waterfront several times a day.

Have stayed in multiple Hilton properties globally but all of them have been much better than this one. 1. You enter and it feels like the entrance to residential apartments. Noone at the entrance to help with luggage or guide you to parking for that matter. 2. Room size was good and location was good, but the level of service...

As a frequent business traveller to Cape Town, this is my new favourite. It's a cut above the standard corporate-stay hotel, with more of those little extra touches that make business travel more comfortable, at a comparable or better rate. Slightly out of the central city and waterfront area, but actually quite centrally located and really quick and easy to...

We stayed over at Doubletree last year in October 2015, before attending the Madam Zingara show in Cape Town. We had an amazing time at Doubletree: the staff were friendly and really made effort to make us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the cookies :) - I even asked for a second helping! We were also surprised to be...

Doubletree Hotel is ideally located in Captetown.Long air travel you can crash in to your bed in 30 minutes as the hotel is about 15minutes to the airport. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is adequate for travelers ,also outside dining places are not far away.
