After peering into one of the other hotels in Ruteng, this definitely seems the place to stay in Ruteng. Kind of a unique experience staying at a nuns convent, but the place is spotless, rooms super clean and great hot water, pretty necessary with the chilly nights here. Breakfast simple but adequate. I have to deduct a star here because...

MS Susteran is located in a catholic mission in Ruteng. The rooms are very clean. Unluckily we had the room very close to the living room, where the nuns, drivers and tourguides would watch tv until midnight. Luckily i have earplugs. We arrived late and didnt know if their kitchen was still open. Thats why we stopped at a warung...

The room is really clean and tidy, the hot shower works really well, the price for one person in one double room is Rp. 200.000. Breakfast is a usual breakfast with bread, eggs, banana, jam, coffee and tea. It is really worth the price, even though the sister is not really talkative type to talk about the surrounding place.

We stayed 1 night with team during our trip to flores. All of us we very happy with Hotel Susteran. The bed and room very clean and comfort, the shower is OK, they provide bar soap, but better if you bring your own toiletry. They have Nasi Goreng (fried rice), white bread, banan, coffee & tea for breakfast. Very lucky...

The hotel is located in a convent and a 15 min walk into Ruteng centre usually accompanied by students from the local Tourism a College wanting to practice their language skills. It is set in peaceful grounds and is very serene. It is very quiet although you may hear the nuns singing early in the morning. The room and entire...

After staying at Denge , and Waerebo , taking a shower in icy cold water , this place was a real treat . There was a messed up with our booking at the other hotel , so we ended up at this place . I went up to ask if there's room available that day , checked the room ,...

The only decent place in town! Small but comfortable double beds. Clean and pleasant bathroom. Quiet as you would expect from a Convent! It often books out in advance so make sure you have a reservation before showing up. You will kick yourself when you see the alternatives! Breakfast was so-so. The usual eggs, fruit, and dry white bread. And,...

I love this place. Hard to find a place to stay in Ruteng. This place is really clean! Good bed, hot shower, simple breakfast (its enough i think!) and good price. I stay longer than i booked first I dont think i could find another place to stay better than this place with good view and price.

Very CLEAN! This accomodation is the best in town. Breakfast is basic but enough. It is managed by very simpathetic nuns. BTW they welcome guests in mass early morning. Hot water is available (which is seldom on Flores), rooms are basic (bed and closet) but very clean and somehow cozy. You have to call and book in advance, they can...

I noticed there aren't many places to stay in Ruteng. This is the place that being booked by our organizer. We thought it will be vintage, but all thos thoughts were wrong. The place is super neat & clean. The bed is comfy & it has hot shower. Breakfast is no option. And the curfew of 9pm means the gate...
