This is the must place to stay if one visits Sogamoso and the area around. Beautiful gardens, lots of animals, yoga, helpful owners, a breakfast of eggs and rolls included, hiking tours to the incredible beautiful paramos etc. the beds needed new mattresses at least in the room we had.

I had planned to stay at the Finca for at least 3 nights or more but changed my plans when I got there! By the time I was there they had a lot of guests and courses going on. Of course it's nice to meet other people but the result was that that the bathrooms and kitchen were really messy...

It's only just out of town, you can easily walk in for shops, restaurants, to the bus station, or take a taxi for $5000. I stayed in the dorm and it was clean and comfortable - it gets quite cold at night so bring some warm things. There's a kitchen which is adequate for cooking, and most of the restaurants...

this finca is in a beautiful spot with a gorgeous garden and nice views. for our purposes, it was a little too rustic. but if i was 20 years younger and traveling alone, or interesting in a yoga experience, or in meeting fellow travelers, this would be a 5-star dream spot!!! it's got a communal area and small kitchen where...

The place is located in the middle of all the beautiful towns , so you can get information about what to do in each one. During all my stay I felt at home as all the staff are so lovely and nice. Breakfast is delicious! but you can cook there as well. I always gonna remember the smell of that...

This place is so amazing I don't even know where to start. Unreal atmosphere and the nicest staff one can find. Juan Pablo makes people feel so welcomed and he's well informed. I traveled 3 weeks through the North East Andes & Finca San Pedro was the highlight. It's an excellent location to use as a base, from here I...

The hostel is located just outside of town and offer magnificent grounds, good accommodation, typical, friendly, good Colombia hospitality and free breakfast. They can arrange for outside activities, laundry service and more. We were treated like family....

We had this Finca in our sights for a spell, and I am thrilled that we finally had the chance to visit. From our point of view (my wife and I): comfortable and large private room, wonderful bonfire, fine bathroom with hot water, space to cook or heat up or store food, great conversation with travelers (including Juan Pablo, the...

The finca is wonderful, and JP and the volonteers are really helpful. I was supposed to stay only one night and finally I spent 5 days there, and it was hard for me to leave ! I was alone and I met so many nice people, and had a great trek in the Paramo of Oceta, with the most interesting...

We would like to recommend this place to people who are travelling through the north of bogota. The finca was a great place to stay, relax, have nice breakfast with the other guests but also to explore the beautiful surroundings. We fished on the lago de tota, visited the thermals, did a nice trek to a gorgeous waterfall. We liked...
