We have never stayed in a place where the hosts were so completely happy to have you in their home. Beatrice and her family gave us such a warm welcome to their stunning property and we were spoilt from start to finish. This little inn is very cozy. It has lovely rooms, a beautiful garden, it centrally located to visit many places in Normandy, and has a great view of the cathedral. The owners are gracious and kind. They offer a fresh breakfasts each morning and are more than happy to offer sightseeing ideas. Truly a wonderful experience!

If you are visiting Coutances you must stay at the Manoir de l'Ecoulanderie. It is a stunning property set in beautiful, manicured grounds with a remarkable view of Coutances cathedral. This is a small B&B appended to a gracious French manor house, overlooking Coutances. A very seasoned French traveler, my stay here was one of warmest, most welcoming experiences of my travel life.
