It was a strange expérience to use such a holiday hotel for a business conference. Personel is charming, the decor is very african style and there is a small camp style bedroom in the rooms for kids. Floor would need a bit of repainting, but it's surely not the kind of place you would look down anyway. All in all,...

If you go by train there is a good connection by shuttle bus to the hotel, it stop only in Bruhl Mitte. If the hotel is open then the shuttle busses are going. The public transport site VRS can show different information ( PHL = Phantasialand busses ). Tickets you can buy directly at bus ( includes return ). The...

I'll start with the good points The 3 star hotel is really well done in terms of creating an African theme from its masks, animal murals, indoor jungle gym and bedroom decor. Breakfast has a good selection better than most in its class; the hotel bar has a wide range of drinks plus the two kids play areas are close...

First the positives, The room was spacious and clean and slept 6 of us, the African decor around the hotel was fabulous I would say better than the animal kingdom lodge at Disney which is very similar. The jungle assault course on the...

Perfect hotel, great breakfasts, very clean and big rooms, easy access into Phantasialand. Very nice interior design (Africa style), helpful staff, comfortable parking, fast check-in/out. We would prefer in-room wifi of course! Be aware of restautants capacity! It looks like there is more guests than places in restaurants. We did not book restaurant in advance - no chance to have...

Extremely convenient for visiting the park. Make sure you check the combo deals that include park tickets - they make the price much more attractive. The rooms are nice, clean and have great noise isolation - very important when people are screaming on a roller coaster just 100m from your window. The food in the restaurants is ok, but not...

We stay here for 1 night with our adult son and friend. Perfectly clean and big rooms. Nice bathroom with walk in shower, a hairdryer was also available. Park entrance and parking were a few minutes walking. Breakfast was excellent and rich. The only thing that bothers us was the very poor WiFi network. The hotel is providing WiFi in...
