I stayed at Villa Jardín with my family, It is a beautiful place all surrounded by nature and peaceful environment. The kitchen and living room are fully equipped (smart TV, board games),in general the house is spectacular with a private pool.

I don’t often give reviews, but the host and the house were spectacular. I will be back! Very private place and the Sam was great to show us where to go and even joined us for dinner one night. Great place to bring a family.

Sam is great as a host, we had no issues with the entrance and let us stayed late! Installations have everything and it’s all very clean! We loved the house! Highly recommended! If you visit the house you all will love it!

We really enjoyed staying at Sams place, it was spacious enough for my family of 6 to relax and be together at night after a long day at the falls, horse back riding or the beach. The condo was sparkling, the washer and dryer are a must for the Costa Rican weather. The beds were great, perfect for our family needs. Each bed room having its own bathroom was really nice. Conveniently located a short walk or drive to good restaurants, groceries, the beach or City of Jaco. We arrived late at night and greeted at the gate by a guard that let us in and someone else greeted us at the condo helping us unload and carry things in. Sam communicated with us in the days prior making sure we had correct directions and coordinating our late arrival. On our check out day Sam stopped in to ask how our stay was and wished us a safe journey while in Costa Rica and travels home. …

The villa is spectacular. It had everything we needed, and more. My wife and I had a wonderful week here experiencing the comfort of this property along with the best that Costa Rica has to offer in this region. From the national park to the beaches to towns and villages to the ocean, it all made for a memorable holiday. Booking, checking in and out were seamless with someone always on hand for guidance and assistance. I would highly recommend this place to others considering Costa Rica for their stay. We definitely plan to come back someday.

I have stayed at both the villa and one of the condominiums; both were incredible and the location is fantastic. The beautiful stretch of beach is just down the road with some great restaurants and both Jaco and Manuel Antonio are a short drive away. The host, Sam, knows the area very well and is super helpful for making plans if needed.

This trip took place in December 2016 (for some reason TripAdvisor will not let me select that date - but nevertheless). Sam assisted our group in coordinating transportation from the airport in San Jose to the house and back, which was a huge weight off our minds as we arrived quite late and most of us had never been there. He also provided a list of attractions and must-sees while we were there, which were well received. The house itself was spectacular - literally every amenity you could think of, including access to a fantastic swimming pool in the yard. Perfectly private grounds, spotless from top to bottom, and again, never left wanting for anything as it was all within arm's reach. Close to all attractions (Bejuco Beach, Jaco, restaurants, night life, and stunning nature) while maintaining a peaceful and quiet location off the main roadway. I can't think of a single thing we would've changed if we tried. A+ host, A+ location, will absolutely be booking again for the next time around. Thanks again Sam!…

We were with a group of 10 friends and stayed in 3 different houses! All very clean, nice rooms, amazing views... The owner Sam and his wife are helpfull and friendly... At first we were not sure with how many people we were comming to this place. It was easy to text Sam and he was offering different solutions. He even offered us a meal... as his wife likes to cook Indonesian food. Sam even helped us finding a guide for the next day in Manuel Antonio. The houses are on a compound...so it is a safe area. Close to the houses are some restaurants and a supermarket. At the begining of december it was a bit quit.... If you cross the road, there is a wonderfull beach. (Sam told us again where to go!) The ride to Manuel Antonio takes you almost 1 hour.... If you like to cook your own meal....you can do that in the kitchen of your home. They have enough cutlery, plates and equipment. We stayed with 3 friends in "the villa"...with a private pool! It really looked nice, especially at sunset. Wish we could stay longer! …

The condo was clean, quiet and a great location near the pool. Very easy to find with several restaurants, shops nearby. I loved being able to explore many areas within a close proximity and not get lost. I felt very safe on the gated community with 24 hour security on site. The hosts are very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would recommend this peaceful tranquil condo to anyone.
