The estate has three stories of living area and ten spacious bedrooms each with a full en-suite bathroom. Our sparkling pool with swim-up bar boasts magnificent ocean views and is located immediately adjacent to our covered open-air thatch-roof palapa. This feature is fabulous for get-togethers and large groups with plenty of sun lounging and patio areas for a barbecue, pool parties, and ideal to enjoy a Pacific sunset and cooling tropical breezes! The location of our estate is fabulous to enjoy everything the area has to offer! Our property manager David is one of our most valued employee and "local connection" with the best prices on rental cars, airport transfers, amazing tours, local activities, premier chef contacts and overall everything you might need! He can help book everything you desire to make your vacation more enjoyable by leaving him in charge of it all! Formerly, he was a tour guide and is fluently bilingual. We are so happy to have him on staff as his local knowledge is invaluable to tourists and out of town Costa Rican visitors as well. Please be aware this is not an instant-booking property. This property is rented not on an individual room basis but as an entire estate. Please contact the Property Management to inquire about pricing and details. Peaceful, restful, very comfortable and extremely helpful and attentive staff. My wife and I spent two nights at Hotel Mirador in late March at the recommendation of a friend. We got to know everyone at the site; had lovely long walks on the beach and relaxed in the shade of the multiple palm trees. The view of the multi-tiered breaking waves was phenomenal. Go back in a heart beat.

We were lucky enough to find this place when no one else did... We booked 2 nights, and decided to stay an extra night since we had the place pretty much for ourselves (we still can't figure out how the heck this place wasn't crowded being there on a long weekend!). Alain runs the place and made us feel all the time like if we were guests on his beach house. He was always there to ask if we needed something, and he even was kind enough to prepare us dinner including pasta, fish and even a middle-east based dish! The place has a great pool with one of the most amazing views I've enjoyed. I just loved it! There's a pool table and a foosball table on the second floor, plus a 40" tv and cozy sofas to watch movies on the DVD player. Can't thank enough Alain and his wife for making us feel at home!

Bearutiful, secluded, upscale B&B. Rooms are spacious with satalite tv (of which I watched little of), billards table on second floor. Howard, owner, lives on property along with hotel managers, his son Jacob and Jacob's girlfriend, Amanda, all Americans (Jake and Amanda both spaeak Spanish as well). Jake and Amanda were very friendly and helpful giving information on places to go thinigs to do. Jake doubles as the property's "Chef" and if you wish to have dinner on property just put your order in early in the day and He and Amanda will go to town and purchase (I recommend the fresh dorado and fresh steamed veggies) your request and prepare a wonderful meal. Enjoy your meal poolside (negative edge pool) at sunset with breathtaking view of the ocean. Jake also surfs and can fill you in on all the local information. Traveler from Phoenix, Arizona

stayed here it was nice. Quiet, the place is ran by "Howard" and his son "the chef". Although I was not overly impressed with Jaco, it was nice to get out of town to a quiet place....great sunset! Two german shepherds on the property, beautiful dogs......they don't bite. Good Job guys....good luck with your hotel.
