This lovely oasis in the countryside enrolee to Jodphur was a welcoming rest. The staff were amazing especially the manager 'Gazy'. The room were individually gorgeous and the gardens immaculate. The pool was quite and devine a welcome retreat from the hectic cities. The view to elephant rock and the climb were worth the effort. we loved our marigold garland...

Leave Jodhpur 11ish for Sardargarh that will force you to stop enroute for lunch ... Choose the Rawla Narlai for what has got to be the most incredible Rajasthani food in all of Rajasthan ! Papad Hara Pyaj ki sabji, Maharani platter, Hunter's platter, Jungli Murgi amongst other delicacies. The remarkable hospitality of Dalpat Singh F&B Manager makes the experience...

What s pity we only had 2 nights here, this was easily our favourite hotel from many we visited over 12 days touring. On arrival we immediately felt welcomed and amongst friends, the grounds and guest rooms are beautifully maintained - rooms are rustic but with all modern amenities and beautifully clean. Evening cocktails around a fire pit chatting to...

We stayed here midway through our 21 day Rajasthan trip and it was a most welcome and peaceful two night rural respite. We were upgraded along with our two travelling companions to the top floor two bedroom suite in the new haveli building. Wow, what a change from the havelis we had been staying in where all the floors were...

This is a hotel where you should spend time relaxing and enjoying the surroundings rather than rushing off to your next hotel as most people do. We were upgraded to a fabulous deluxe suite which as probably the best accommodation we had during our 2 week tour of India. The whole place is well maintained and has a lovely swimming...

A lovely hotel that was a hunting property, with quiet serene gardens and swimming pool. The rooms and bathrooms are large and clean. The food is delicious and the service attentive. Only one hour from the famous Jain temple. Highly recommended!

This is a hotel with beautiful buildings and excellent service? The resident royalty adds a special touch. The hotel owner, the Rana, is happy to be the host and chat with guests. The manager and her staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. Definitely, quite different to other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The activities organized by the...

We were met with garlands of marigolds. That evening we were hosted by the 'Rana' who was thoroughly knowledgeable, gracious and charming. In the evening as we sat with drinks before going to the "Step Well Dinner" his barber came up and gave us a massage. The next morning the village and caste elders met there and I sat with...

The front desk clerk was rude, WiFi didn't work, power kept cutting out, there was no hot water, they kept me twenty minutes for checkout, and the key was attached to a bronze elephant head by a piece from a wire hanger. If this is a resort destination, it only makes sense if it aims to offer a caveman experience....
