We stayed there 3 days and enjoyed the time very much. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is super, too. They make all day live music with their Guitar and the Place invites to hang around. They also help to arrange tours or further travel plans. Food and breakfast was also delicious, also the juices and shakes.... More

I stayed at this guesthouse for 2 nights, 1 before and 1 after my two-day jungle trek. I messaged them prior to arrival to ask for directions from the bus station and instead they sent someone to collect me, for free, which I was grateful for. I was offered a welcome drink on arrival and booked my jungle trek through... More

We stayed at Junia last week. The property is beautifully done up but the rooms are quite basic and that should be expected (& clarified if needed) by anyone planning to stay there. The staff goes beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable - starting with a following up on your arrival time and means so as to have... More

Junia guesthouse has a very nice cosy atmosphere. It's set around a beautiful garden. The rooms and bungalows are clean and artfully decorated and the beds are comfortable. On each terrace is a hammock. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I did a jungle trek for two days and it was great. The people are amazing. I felt very... More

The Junia staffs and guides are really nice people. I feel very comfortable to hangout with them, or to sing along in the balcony with guitar. I stayed at backpacker rooms, the good thing it's cheap for a solo traveler like I was. But you get what you pay, I got a decent room for a short stay. But it... More

Basic rooms but good, in line with the price (around 10€/night when we were there, aug2016). Breakfast is included, 1 choice of the menu (we took more but it was not explained that you pay extra). English of most of the staff is good, but not of everyone (our order got mixed up 2 times). Very friendly and helpful. It... More

I stayed three nights at the Junia Guesthouse, one before a 4 days jungle trek and two nights after. The Guesthouse is very nice, the guys at the reception take care of everyone and you never feel alone. Unfortunately there are some minor organisation issues. For once, I had to wait almost 2 hours for my driver to pick me... More

If you want first class accommodation, first class food and first class service at cheap cheap prices, congratulations, your search just ended. This place is staggeringly good. If you want adventure, come stay here. If you want to escape the madness of the world, come stay here. From... More

Very nice rooms, especially the bathrooms, very nice food in the restaurant, next to the river. A cooking class can be organized in there kitchen, to prepare a lovely meal for yourself. Be aware of the many monkeys, and the cute cats. They arrange live music at night. The 2 day jungle track with Visnu was amazing, seeing 13 Orangutans... More
