We had a great stay at highland resort. The bungalow was really nice ( we took the upper class) and the staff was really welcoming and always helpful. They made everything to make us feel comfortable. We were really happy to find this place. The only weak point is the food at night that is ok but you should better...

If you want absolutely charming colonial style rooms, with comfortable beds and tidy bathrooms, this is the place for you. We couldn't have been happier. Don't forget the super convenient (tho I'll disagree with whoever said it was 1h each way, I'd say 1.5h down, 2h up) walk to Kali falls from their premises. It's lovely in any weather. Don't...

We stayed here for 4 nights. The place is beautifull and the service is very good! The staff is very friendly and helpfull and if you want you can arrange your trips from here or ask for advise to go on your own. The bungalows are big and very clean. You can enjoy your meal in the restaurant or on...

Highland resort is pretty high up as the name suggests. I only spent one night there and not much time during the day but the grounds are lovely and the food was tasty and varied (chinese style) The rooms were comfortable although one side of my bed did collapse as I sat on it but hey it was a big...

We had a very comfortable coach for our group of 15 and Mario, our guide, was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. We managed to fit in a quick visit to Lake Linau and also a short trip to Mount Mahawu accompanied by Mario. Both places were well worth a visit. Our room was large and detached. There was no...

This hotel was simply great. It's a bit out of Tomohon city but with a short walk of 15 minutes or a ride you can reach it easily. Surrounded by mountain and jungle is a haven in the nature. At the arrival I got upgraded for free to a suite, it was perfect and stilysh. Breakfast is also extremely good...

We stayed at highland resort for two nights after diving in bunaken and had a great time! The staff and accommodation was amazing, affordable and there were not many tourists around at all. Note there's not much around at all so we had to have most of our meals at the resort but the food was quite good. Also the...

We stayed four nights to take advantage of a free night offer, and had a comfortable and relaxing stay. They upgraded us parents to a larger bungalow with an enormous bathroom, but all the bungalows looked good. We climbed Lokon one day, took a tour around Minahasa on another, and spent the third day relaxing and walking around town. The...

Mody the manager, Marcel the man for everything and all the stuff are incredibly friendly, helpful and well organized. A lovely place to stay and do tours from. They made every wish possible and gave us a even better room for the same price, just because it was free. When my girlfriend was sick they helped with everything they could....
