We stayed here for four nights because we really felt at home and most welcome. We were the only guests but that didn't matter. Onong and his staff made us feel extra special with the nice flower decorations. Onong took us one day in his batman car to all the nice places in the area. The bungalow was comfortable in...

- that was the heading to the table of standard house-rules posted up in my bungalow. I nearly didn't make it to Onong's; no-one at the bus terminal in Tomohon had ever heard of it, except - eventually - one ojek driver, who then drove me up the mountainside on his motorbike, in the rain. It's not remote (four or...

Stayed here on April 10-11. Thought it was shaggy when arrived but actually it is a very nice place to stay. Weather is cold and the villas are well mantained. Hospitality is great. View is great. Breakfast is average and price is cheap.

We stayed at Onong's Palace for 3 nights. The bungalows are really nice decorated, bamboo beds with a view directly into a beautiful jungle garden. They have also a nice restaurant with free Wifi and the staff is helpful and friendly. Onong is an open minded guy. I guess it's the most beautiful stay in Tomohon and we can definitely...

We had a look at all the resorts in Tomohon and liked this one best - so we stayed here for 3 nights. Everything is made with love for details. You feel like you have a little hut in a jungle, the rooms are well equipped and the restaurant is fully made of bamboo and looks great. The owner is...

This pretty gem of a place soothes the soul and refreshes the eyes after a few days of reef action. Set in a lush garden valley (even in dry season) with stunning glimpses to Mt Lokon, with pretty timber and bamboo bungalows, plenty of cushions and places to relax, and friendly, helpful staff. Some of the facilities need maintenance but...

Our guide Bagus from Matahatikita Tours booked us into Onong's Palace for a night in Tomohon. Free wifi is available at the main hall which serves as the dining area too, though at times, the signal was down. Rooms are chalet style which are clean, simple and minimalistic. All beds have mosquito nets. When we were there in August, it...

We hadn't booked so when we turned up we were just hoping there was a room, which there was. It was a great find! We took the bus from Manado to Tomohorn and then a mikrolet to Onongs. The mikrolet dropped us at the bottom of the hill so we were just hoping we wouldn't have to walk back again!...

We stayed two nights as part of a Highlands tour, so our accommodation was selected by our guide. We loved staying at the resort. Located just out of the main town with a beautiful view of the surrounding area set in some very lovely gardens. The rooms are in the local traditional style though unusual that they have such large...

We spent there three nihgts in August. We had a reservation for another amenity but our 'guide' (e.g. the perso who was organising our tour) chenged it and we're gratefull. THe place is little out of town with a steep, rocky street leading to it and when we arrived everything we saw was a kind of shack with a sing...
