Dari info-info yang saya tau zamrud resort ini baru dibuka dan kebetulan lagi di palu, makanya kami mencoba nginap disini. Untuk pelayanannya masi agak kurang, karena waktu mau checkin dan checkout kami harus memanggil2 receiptionistnya yang lagi di dalam ruangan.,mereka gk standby. Yang kedua kamarnya agak kecil(tapi mungkin sebanding dengan hargannya yah) dan airnya agak bau lumpur gitu, dan saya sangat merasa tidak nyaman dengan kondisi seperti itu. Mudah2an kedepannya Semakin lebih baik
