This hotel was terrible. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets and we had to ask for a blanket. There was a mini fridge, that had been unplugged with old food in it, so that was moldy amd gross. The bathroom was dirty and everytime someone smoked in the alley, the smoke would permeate both the bathroom and bedroom....

We stayed here before our trip to tanjung puting national park. The room was ok, it was clean, the bed was comfortable (we used our own sheets though) and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom had a cold shower and a squat toilet. We stayed near reception and it was very noisy in the early morning from 6am there...

Here for 2 nights after a visit to the national park. Our room looks clean and the airco works. In the mainlobby there are some cockroaches but it mainly looks clean. Bed is okay as well as the wifi. Good value for your money.

We spent one night as our flight was cancelled and it was a cheap option. Taxi from airport costs 90,000 Rp one way so return it was almost as much as the room. The room was full with mosquitos as they kept coming in around the door. Bedsheet was dirty. Smelly bathroom with no hot water. Our room was just...

Filthy bathroom, a toilet seat that wasn't even attached, stained sheets, cobwebs everywhere and more Mosquitos than you could kill (even though we tried). This was certainly the worst place that I have ever paid to stay in and the breakfast that was included was not much better.

Spent a night in this hotel before going on the orangutan trip the next day. Was happy to have somewhere to sleep since had nothing booked before arriving, but i m sure you can find better. Only pros are the front desk and the airco. The receptionist girl spoke good english and they can book you flights which can be...

Old crumbling hotel in Pangkalan Bun. It's full of mosquitos and fleas. We had to ask to change our sheets because they were obviously used by others. Breakfast was ridiculous: a slice of bread and a cup of cofffee. I give 2 instead of 1 because the girls at the reception were very kind and helpful and spoke a good...

The dirtiest place I have ever slept, truly disgusting. Genuinely looks like my room has never been cleaned. Spiders and insects including Mosquitos everywhere- everything you touch disturbs a web and something moves. Words really can't describe how dirty it is, I am in shock. I've piled all my stuff up on a desk because it's too dirty everywhere else!...

We came to Pangkalan Bun - like everyone - to see the orang utans and do the klotok trip. Since we wanted to arrange it by ourselves, we flew to PB and took one night in Bahagia. Big mistake. The hotel charges outrageous 310,000 IDR for a double room with "hot water", sad little breakfast and a western toilet (if...
