Had the pleasure to spend 1o days during the first weeks of December. Nice views see from one side and rain forest on the others side.very friendly and Nice people running the place with good willing to assist you on any matter,the location is fantastic ,isolated and On the other hand nearly everywhere with the attraction ,the atmosphere is great Part of nature ,I'm sure I'll pay this place a visit on my first chance Chaim

Good: + at the sea and at the edge of the beach - so very quiet + with lot of forest being still intact on the ground + great breakfast + international staff + family-run business with great hospitality + kids playground + hangmats in each room + they open the windows and doors of each room during daytime if there are no guests in order to not have any bad smells accumulating there - something that is very effective but I haven't seen yet any other location doing this (but instead, I had lots of smelly rooms already) + room to play with billard and other games + swimming-pool and additional kids pool + lot of green area but also a grass-area to play further games + though quiet, not far to the restaurants and bars + can organize many tours - especially if in larger groups they even have great custom-made tours (I spent my best holidays there!) + fast WLAN accessible in all rooms (not at the beach) + all rooms are really nice and there are various types: - beach view rooms (at least one of them with Jacuzzi even) - garden view rooms with more cozy-athmosphere - houses to stay if you're in a bigger group (you even can cook there) Negative: - I cannot think of anything. This pousada on the Estaleiro beach is a good option if you don´t want to go to Bombinhas or Florianopolis. Close to the BR376 and the centre of Balneario Camboriu. The beach is nice and calm, but the best beach is a 5 minutes drive to the praia Laranjeiras. The pousada is charming, with friendly staff and very green. Breakfast was simple but ok, with fresh fruits, juices and breads. They offer also lunch and dinner, but we just ate outside the pousada. The room where we stayed was a loft, with small kitchen, ideal if you have a baby or small children. Bed was just fine, no complaints, new airco unit. Internet had a good speed of 15Mb, and worked without problems (internet access point was situated inside our room). Overall we liked the pousada. it was quiet and charming, the owners have a good eye for details. The beach offers some options for restaurants and offcourse chairs rental etc.…

Even though the hotel wasn't on high season, the service was very good and the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel considering the service quality and the fair prices they charge.
