My partner & I stayed at Hendriks guest farm in September 2016 for 2 nights & highly recommend it. The location is spectacular, amazing sunrise & sunsets, & we enjoyed the added bonus of a farm drive with Hendrik to see rock paintings & engravings on the farm property, a very personalised experience compared to the commercial Twyfelfontein down the...

Thanks to Steffie and Hendrik, the owners and hosts of the farm, this was probably the highlight of our Family tip to Namibia - be it for the warm welcome at the farm, the fun our daughter had accompanying Steffie in feeding the chicken and the astonishing farm tour with the engravings and rockpaintings. My sister and I stayed at Omburo Ost for four nights in May 2012 and absolutely loved it. It was a totally authentic Namibian farm holiday, surrounded by stunning scenery and lots of animals, and the warmest hospitality from hosts Steffi and Hendrik. Steffi and Hendrik are warm and welcoming hosts who go the extra mile to make visitors feel at home. Their guest-farm is perfectly located for a few days of relaxation before or after Etosha - and an ideal way to see impressive rock painting without having to deal with the bad roads to Twyfelfontein. We sepnd two night at this farm which is located close to the Vingerklip Mountain in a very remote area. Very nice and friendly owners, reservation and communication prior to the arrvial worked perfect. On a farm tour, the farmer takes you to rock paintings on the farm propertiy and explains everything about cattle farming in Namibia. Great place to...
