Could not have asked for a better location to view Mt Fuji. We checked on accuweather when it would be a clear day to view Fuji..The hotel was good to prepone the date and accommodate us. Having a bright day on hand we called the hotel to pick our bags from the train station, which they did and we set...

Anyone booking to stay at this hotel will not regret it. The staff will treat you like royalty on arrival, the rooms were comfortable with an awe inspiring view (we booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji) With great nearby facilities like the Onsen, the near by Q Highland amusement park or the roof terrace you won't be...

The hotel room is very outdated but housekeeping managed to keep it very clean. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. It is located next to the Fuji Q amusement park with free entry provided by the hotel. Free entry to the Onsen and the Museum, was also provided. There is also a free shuttle bus to...

We had room 1006 which had a lovely view of Fuji-san. Even numbered rooms numbered with a XX04-XX10 likely have a view of the mountain, while the odd numbers look out over the FujiQ Amusement Park. We picked this place because we had both a 4 yr old and a 16 yr old. My nephew enjoyed the cute Thomasland area...

We stayed here with our grandchildren, who stayed in a Thomas the Train room. The resort was very nice and comfortable. Service was very good. We had a lot of fun at the Thomas the Train Park, which is right outside the door, so you can walk to it.

We stayed for four nights, we're a young British couple without children and we booked the hotel due its proximity to Mt Fuji and facilities. We travelled to Fujisan station and the hotel collected us after we phoned them. It's a bustling hotel full of tour groups, local tourists, families etc. We're staying a newly refurbished Western style room on...

As a couple this hotel is expensive and not suitable. We spent a night costing about 36,000y without any breakfast or meals. Free car park, just collect a entry ticket and an exit ticket from the concierge. The upgraded room was small about less than 18sqm. The only attraction was the theme park and the room was on a renovated...

Booked one night as was planning to spend a day in Fuji Q theme park. To my luck it started snowing the morning of, so all roller coasters were closed. Went into the theme park anyway as the entry ticket was included with the hotel stay. Big thanks for the hotel staff especially the guys at the concierge desk as...

Incredible solo trip stay! They tried to speak English and I used my google translate to converse! Went cause of the proximity, ticket and early entry into FujiQ theme park. Snowed first day, went to onsen (experience I've never had before), fabulous restaurants at hotel, outside in the park area as well as walking distance to outside choices). Easy to...
