I will rate it as a low 3 star resort. Property: 3 stars It is a decent resort with a lot of accommodation. Which is good for people looking for budget travel. Room: 1 star I stayed in a water villa which was very rustic and old. It has a nice deck outside with good seating and loungers. There is no Television in the room. If you want to have a hot beverage, there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Shower area has broken amenities. Cots are iron Cots and if you move much, the cot moves with you. There are only 2 plug points in the room that have night lights connection. So if you want to charge any of your devices, you need to unplug the night light. And the most important point: if there is an alien invasion and aliens say that they will spare your life if you contact the front desk, you are surely dead as THERE IS NO PHONE TO CONTACT FRONT DESK. Also, there is no shampoo/ moisturizer in the washrooms. 1 soap to rule them all, 1 soap to wash them all. Amenities: 4 Stars The resort has a fair collection of water sports, games, spa and other activities which you can indulge in if you are not doing anything else. Internet: 1 star When the whole world is moving to GBPS speed, this resort is still in the kbps speed. A normal Google search takes ages to load. Food: breakfast 1 star Same menu of eggs, sausage and a few breads. Additionally some leftover food from previous night heated. Lunch 3 star OK spread of Italian and Indian cuisine. 2 live counters for pasta, grills and fresh fruits. Decent dessert spread Dinner 3 star Same as lunch. Staff: 1 Star While the staff members at the bar are good. That's the good part. a few staff members were extremely rude at the main restaurant. You can't even complete your request and they will tell you this is chargeable and this is how much it will cost. Which is still OK but asking you to move tables and reminding you that you can't sit there in between a meal is extremely rude. I don't know what happened here but this is the weirdest experience I have had in any restaurant worldwide. At the reception, there is a bunch of incompetent, unhelpful please people who only wish to just get by their shift you will feel that the staff present is the GOD incarnate and you petty human. They don't understand or don't behave like people in hospitality sector do. You request for something and you will get a standard answer that this is not in your package/ you need to sort it out yourself with an attitude. All the indoor sports room/ gyms are locked and when you ask them to open, they will give you the keys, ask your room number and will ask you to go open, use and bring back the keys later on. It would look great in a hostel but in a Maldives property, no. Net net, if you are traveling on a budget and don't mind below average service, then go there but if you expect top of the line service, good hospitality with good food, ( and if you are non Italian), avoid this place.

I have stayed 15 nights in this resort. Below are my positive and negative feedback about this resort. Positive: - The resort has a good ambience. - Rooms and beaches are so clean and well maintained. - House keeping is well organized. - Ideal place for diving and snorkeling. - You can see baby sharks and tiny fishes every time during the day. Negative: - Arrogant management. Even the manager at the resort does not know how to deal or talk to a client. - There is a discrimination between Indian and Italian tourists. - The management does not know anything about our arrival and departure transfers. They will tell us to discuss with the travel agent for any concerns. - The front office staffs are very rude. They are yet to learn what hospitality is. - The worst WiFi. Please make sure you have a local sim during your stay. - Hotel does not provide any kettle or coffee maker inside the room. The resort makes additional revenue by making the tourist buy coffee or tea from their restaurant. - Never ever recommended for single lady travelling. The staff at the resort will share the contact number and will force them to message during night, which is very odd. There were few instances happened and a complaint was raised by 2 ladies during the stay. - Arrival and departure transfers are arranged with utmost unprofessionalism. This resort is never ever recommended for Indian tourists.

Diving Experience was AWSOMEEE.... The staffs are super supportive Dining experience was just average as they almost same menu every day. I stayed for 16 nights and hence I sort of started to dislike the food in the end. If you don't consume pork then need to be extra cautious as pork items are severed in between other items and to identify is a pain. There is no tea/coffee bar in hotel rooms. They dont even provide a kettle or TV Hospitality especially at reception need improvement as the attitude of few staffs were not pleasing. Only a staff name PUJA was very customer friendly. If you are booking via travel agent make sure to confirm the airport transfer timing. The resort do not handle airport transfer (as they told) I had a very bad experience with my travel agent. I had booked via UI Maldives group (Naasih Moosa / 9607792522). They confirmed to me airport transfer via speed boat at 4:00 PM and without any intimation booked me for 10:00 AM while my flight from Male is at 10:15 PM. Though we pay for everything the service of these operators are like they giving free service. Take care of the travel agency you choose.

Stayed for 15 days Liked: Clean and Neat Good Rooms and Environments Good amenities Individual staff are good without any capability and control to make guests happy Disliked: No Tea/Coffee at room. Chargeable even at breakfast. Trestles Food (I am vegetarian Indian) Food Quality reduced day after day Stopped servicing Fresh Fruits after few days Discriminations is seen among Asian and European Dam Slow Internet Connection Receptions at the airport team is manipulating and harassing the guest for their own benefits Coordination between local agent and resorts for transportation between resorts and airport No mechanism to address valid issues of guest as staff escaping their responsibility by blaming other parties. Resort not good for handling volume of guests for long trip. May be good for short trip and small groups.
