We stayed at Puerto Inka 1 night on our way through from Arequipa to Ica. My opinion of the hotel is probably somewhat tainted as when we arrived they nicely informed me that they did not take Visa - only cash - despite the fact that they advertised they took visa on booking.com. It did not get much better from...

I was in the South of Peru for a work trip and used Puerto Inka as a home base. The food and Piscos are great. The running water is salty so be prepared. The sound of the Ocean is amazing and there are cool ruins next to the hotel. There is no wifi and cell service is spotty at best....

We stayed at Puerto Inka as part of a tour - a long drive from Nazca on the day we arrived and an even longer one the next to Arequipa. The location is brilliant - a view of the ocean from our room and Inca ruins to explore - the main ones are behind the hotel, but others are visible...

Cash only although my booking indicated that Visa was accepted. Salt water for shower and faucet. Meagre breakfast with limited instant coffee. Wine very overpriced. Food at the restaurant was good. Very nice location. Quiet, only surf.

We spent here just one night, during our honeymoon, we made a tour of Perù. Unfortunately weather wasn't godd, I'm sure when it's sunny has to be fantastic. Anyway, we appreciate the hotel, the area (we visited the ruinsjust outside of the fence), food was good but nothing of special.

The travel guides that indicate this hotel has air conditioning and wifi are incorrect or out-of-date. And the pool was empty and under repair. And you can't get wine by the glass or small bottles of beer. And the room had the corpse of a huge bug and other evidence of not being used or cleaned in some time. And...

Read PhilqQ3's review. It's spot on. Those other people who actually took pictures and whined about the water and how bad a place this is must have forgotten that this hotel is very remote. I rode a motorcycle here and the distances are quite long. There's nothin out here. Just barren desert and poverty. But the setting is uniquely stunning...

5 stars it ain't as the other reviews will tell you, but trust me, I've slept in a lot of places, from railway stations to hostels and many nights in the woods, on the beach, etc, and this is an OK place to rest your head for the night. The location is awesome. It is also very remote, in an...

very nice beach with bungalow styled rooms on the rocks beside the beach - realy nice. Rooms are simpel but very clean. The water for shower has a problem - it seems it is like it water from the ocean And the restaurant is not the best one that you can find in Peru -> these are the 2 reasons...

I stayed at this hotel as part of an Intrepid group. We got here really late and I would have liked to have time to enjoy the beach which looked very nice. This is a very cute hotel set in its own cove right on the ocean. You can hear the waves from the ocean in your room at night....
