We were staying at a local cottage and went for 2 meals here! Delicious home cooked pies.....I had game pie and had a smaller portion so I could fit in a dessert! Thought that this was one of the nicest meals until we went for roast dinner the day after! Highly recommend this after a long walk with the dogs...

We stopped here on our way to Guisborough for lunch. The weather was awful but, we were soon warmed by a lovely old fire. The pub is very old and traditional, not at all fancy but, that didn't matter. The owner Rachel was very friendly and welcoming. My husband odered the Game pie and said, he had never tasted one...

We called here on Saturday at the halfway point of the "daffodil walk". We have been for our lunch for the past couple of years and it is always excellant. It was busy and had to wait about 45 minutes but everything is fresh and locally sorced. I had a small portion of the steak pie and the meat was...

Visited after a walk through the daffodils in Farndale. Very atmospheric pub with roaring fire. The food is very good at realistic prices, the gammon with egg and pineapple was excellent. Giant Yorkshire pudding filled with sausage and onion very tasty and filling.

Had a lovely lunch here after braving the hailstones on our daffodil walk. The food was amazing with generous portions.Everyone in my party had a "half portion" but if they were half portions goodness only knows what a full portion is. The food was fresh and tasty and I can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff were very friendly...

What can I say about this little place? Recommended to me by my girlfriend based on her past experiences, I was used to the chain restaurants.... This place knocks them out of the park. Excellent value for money with large portions of food and friendly service, The Feversham Arms Inn is literally in the middle of nowhere but is full...

If you are staying in farndale or walking through then there is literally no other bar / restaurant to visit. The Feversham Arms is dog friendly which is a huge plus and offers traditional pub grub. We ordered mixed grill, steak, Yorkshire pudding and veg and sausage and mash. The standard of food was good and the portion size was...

Just had a lovely lunch here, the food is always spot on with generous portions. My only complaint isI always clear my plate so the diet goes out the window. The Black sheep bitter is a great compliment to the food Rachel the Land Lady is a great host and good fun, you always get a friendly welcome. The bar...

We discovered this place while looking for gluten-free food in the North York Moors. It's a few miles off the main Hutton-le-Hole to Castleton road but is worth the little diversion. There's a wide selection of tasty gluten-free food and the non-gluten free offerings are also good. We stopped in for lunch and had the giant Yorkshire puddings with beef/sausages...
