Lovely rural location, nice country pub and friendly locals. Lovely friendly place to stay, warm welcome full of history of the building and area, Roger the host is absolutely stuffed with information and happily shares his knowledge, rooms are lovely ours was massive with big comfy chairs too. Jenny and Roger are so nice and make our stay with us as pleasant as possible. The B&B has the charm of an old dwelling full of its authenticity. Very spacious and clean room. Free internet and Wi-fi in the room. The room for the breakfast is charged with history. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Jenny and Roger are wonderful and have created a unique, welcoming atmosphere in their historic home. I am a regular visitor to the area for business, and it is always a treat to arrive, catch up on news and events, and relax at Springfield House. The house is full of period features, books and charm! Rooms are large and spacious,...

Staying at Springfield House is a rewarding event if you seek a warm welcome and a comfortable bed in a peaceful, quirky old-world house - in an english garden - in a village setting. Jenny & Roger are excellent hosts. Supper, breakfast and the packed lunch are all excellent. There is safe parking which is important to us. We would...

Firstly make sure that you drive to the correct Warmington and not the Warmington near Peterborough. Springfield House is an amazing place to stay. The house has ancient rustic charm and the garden's are spectacular with many different beautiful English country garden flowers. The bed was really comfortable and so peacefull at night. The bathrooms are so nicely decorated, all...

Trying to say something bad about Springfield House but can't. Excellent surroundings, beautiful gardens and a very warm welcome. Would highly recommend the cooked breakfast and the vast amounts of coffee provided. Will be back next year.

Everything you want from a B&B, a warm welcome, a comfortable bed and a good breakfast, and great value too. Lots to see and do nearby, and the house is set in lush gardens (they open for the NGS each year). We stayed to go walking in the area - superb walks and lovely villages nearby.

This tucked away house is most interesting. It is terribly old with a rustic charm and every time you walk in a room there is something new of interest. Our room was huge and the bed comfy and the furnishings antique. The bathroom was modern with an almost new shower and cubicle which was easy to use. The breakfast was...
