Stayed here for 2 nights with family, this was our 7th or 8th visit, staff are very friendly and food is great, only trouble was bedside cabinets were very dusty and in the restaurant area there were lots of cobwebs, really the whole place needs updating!

Staff were extremely helpful. The suite was great, large sofa and armchairs, generous flat screen, big four poster bed, view overlooking fields. We had an overnight stay and really enjoyed the experience, ok the hotel could do with a little attention, but generally a beautiful place, with great food and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and return

15-20 minute drive from Peppa World, the hotel accommodated us two with a toddler on sofa bed and baby sleeping in a cot. Very spacious Christchurch suit was really lovely with everything that we needed including bath for the little ones. Very good food in downstairs gastro pub and tasty (somwhat cold) breakfast. Overall really worth a stay, would even...

The title sums it up really. We stopped here on the way back from a day out. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and remained helpful and friendly throughout. The food was delicious and we left feeling thoroughly satisfied and full to bursting point.

We have passed this place on numerous occasions but never, until now, at a time when we have wanted to eat. We were travelling back home from our daughter's and were looking for somewhere still serving food after 2.00pm, for a late lunch, and there it was. The sign outside says that it serves food all day, and it had...

This was a pleasant hotel but very difficult to find. I was told it was on the A31 East near Ringwood but in fact it was west by many miles (around 5) of Ringwood. Although technically it has a house number you cannot see any house numbers if you are driving on the A31. As far as I know it...

Louise and her team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble - at any time of the day. We chose to host our wedding party there purely because of the friendly nature of the staff and everyone commented on how lovely they were. The food was great (especially the Carvery)! However, it's time that the brewery reinvested in this business....

I used this as an overnight stop over. It is in an excellent location close to the A31, although road noise from my room was not a problem. This stay was a good price as it was a Sunday. but I would have stayed longer but the other evenings would have been double the price

We got married here on Friday, 23rd October 2015. The staff were amazing they couldn't do enough for you. The day went really smoothly and there were no issues. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet were both of a high standard. The wedding suite was more than adequate for our needs and breakfast was included which was again of a...
