Perfect palace to stay if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful location. Diana and David gave my husband our young daughter and I the warmest welcome and our room was perfect, comfortable, clean and cosy. The breakfasts have to be the best we had for a very long time and made with perfection. The location suited us really... More

Quite simply , the best B&B we have met! A great rural retreat, but with easy access to all good things in N. Norfolk. Great hospitality, very tastefully renovated and well equipped accommodation. Great sense of independence and privacy for guests, especially for small family groups, or two couples. And last but by no means least, a truly wonderful breakfast... More

We have just returned from a two day stay at the wonderful Mount Farm Barn b and b and I have to say, I cannot fault it. My husband and I have recently had a difficult time and we were in desperate need of a break and that is exactly what we got. We so appreciated the friendly atmosphere, the... More

Having stayed at Mount Farm with family and a friend earlier in the year, when I raved about the place, expectations were high for my return visit. However, whilst this second stay was okay, I had an underlying feeling that something was missing and that the place lacked the welcoming feel that I had experienced eight months earlier, although I... Dear Susan, Diana and I are both completely devastated by your recent review of your stay with us back at the beginning of December last year, and are completely at a loss as to why you have chosen to publish such unpleasant remarks about your stay some four months afterwards when you had not made any mention of your unhappiness... We stayed at Mount Farm for 3 days prior to Christmas and David and Diana were outstanding hosts. We arrived and instantly felt relaxed and at home, with the freedom to come and go as we liked throughout the day. The rooms are lovely, warm and welcoming. You are served up a fantastic breakfast each morning. David's mushrooms definitely deserve... More

Comfortable, spacious room with lots of thoughtful extras, like a fridge for wine, fresh milk provided, etc and a very comfortable bed. Really friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome with plenty of good tips for days out and places to visit. Then the breakfast, well what to say about that? Delicious, beautifully presented - good job we were... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our recent stay here. The B and B is in a quiet tranquil spot, set back a little from a country road south of Holt. The guest area is in a large converted barn, which is attached to the main house where the hosts, David and Diana, live. In the barn there are just... More

I was tasked with finding accommodation for my husband and myself, plus two friends who had not visited North Norfolk before. Mount Farm proved to be the perfect base set in tranquil countryside. Having sole use of the accommodation made our stay particularly relaxing. David was a delightful, entertaining and attentive host. He provided useful information about the area, as... More
