We have used Atlantis Lodges to visit family in Orkney, attend a wedding and sadly a funeral. We have stayed approximately four times. It's good value for money. The rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The view across the bay over the sea is excellent.

Staying here for a week with my elderly aunt and my 3 kids (8,10&14). We are all very impressed with the Boathouse - it's absolutely pristine and has everything we could possible need or want! The views from the lounge windows are gorgeous at anytime of the day and the upper lounge is perfect for the kids to play in...

My wife and I recently spent a week on Orkney to see if we wanted to move there and Atlantis Lodges offered the perfect base, with Finstown centrally placed on the mainland. Our lower lodge was wonderful. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and bright . . . and with views of the bay to die for. Every morning we sat eating...

Great place between Kirkwall and Stromness. Very helpful, flexible and accommodating. Great that they offer a facility to pass on food and essentials. Really good portion for bus route. Recommend the weekly bus pass and this summer, my children were free so it was easily the cheapest and best way to travel.

I stayed here with my elderly father for a week in one of the upper lodges. Spotlessly clean, bright and comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Lovely views from the lounge window. Convenient for Kirkwall and Stromness with a village shop for the essentials. Would definitely recommend to others and we'll be back again hopefully.

5 of us stayed in the upside down boat house and absolutely loved it. Lots of space and the views are absolutely incredible out over the water. The venue is in a good location for exploring the islands and the accommodation was clean and tidy. We even borrowed the owner's BBQ. Would definitely stay again.

These self-catering apartments, built into the sea wall, are like being on a ship without the annoyance and crowds of a cruise. The tide washes right up under the window and the seals and seabird greet you each day. The apartments come in two sizes, one and two bedrooms, and are exceptionally well-equipped for self-catering stays. There was literally nothing...

The lodges were clean and tidy, the view over the Bay of Firth form the lounge window was fantastic, wildfowl within feet of the window and seals playing within 20 yards of us. Excellent value for money and we will definitely use them again when we next visit Orkney
