If you want some break to unwind, do some soul-searching or just go for a vacation, then this is a place where you should be! Our room was in front of the pool. The room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. I loved it that our room has a balcony where you can relax and just look at the sea. I also loved their clubhouse,great spot to just sitback and watch the breathtaking sunset. You can take some pictures here, it's definitely instagram worthy. At night, you can check out their sunset lounge, they have different activities each night, a perfect chance to make some new friends! You can also go kayaking or snorkling if you want, don't be shy to ask the staff and they will assist you with a smile on their face! Yup, all their staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The food in their restaurant is also good, you should try it. All in all it was a paradise! We all enjoyed our stay there. Wish we could've stayed a little longer but yeah, we are definitely going back! 💕…

Wow. I'm almost impressed how you can make so bad service. ESPECIALLY when they actually take good money to stay there. I could tell you the whole story but I'm out of words. Our room was DISGUSTING at check in and the service in the restaurant was the worst I have experienced in my whole life.

항구에서 배를 타고 10-15분 정도 들어가며 섬에는 호텔만 있습니다. 섬에서 할 수 있는 액티비티라고는 호텔 풀장에서 노는 것과 호텔 앞 바다에서 카약을 타고 놀거나 스노클링을 하는 것 외에는 편히 쉬는 곳입니다. 현지 유심도 잘 안터지고 호텔 와이파이는 호텔 로비나 식당 근천에서만 터집니다. 식사는 현지 비용으로는 비싼 편인데 맛은 괜찮습니다. 메뉴도 여러 나라 음식이 다양하게 있습니다. 코론 시내로 나갈 일이 있을 경우 시장이나 가게에서 음식이나 술을 사오는 거 추천합니다. 호텔 시설 자체는 많이 낡았습니다. 개미도 좀 있습니다. 냉장고는 없고 심지어 헤어 드라이기도 없습니다. 에어콘도 조용하지 않으며 온도 조절하는 것도 쉽지는 않은 편입니다. 하지만 직원들은 정말 친절합니다. 프론트 직원들도 항상 웃으면서 응대하고 요구사항은 다 들어줍니다. 식당에서도 항상 웃는 얼굴로 서빙을 해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 하지만 예약후 호텔에 가기 전까지는 전화 통화도 안되고 이멜 답장도 안와서 굉장히 짜증이 났었습니다. 체크인하면서 물어보니 마닐라 오피스랑 통화해서 그런거라고 하네요. 심지어 마닐라 오피스에서 보내 준 프리 셔틀 보트 시간표가 실제 호텔에 있는 시간표랑 달라서 당황했었습니다. 좋은 시설을 기대하신다면 추천하기 힘든 곳이지만 휴양을 원하신다면 괜찮은 호텔입니다. Before I arrive at the hotel, I was frustrated because I could not communicate with the hotel. I sent numerous emails and placed so many calls but I only got one response. When I checked in, I was told that the communication was handled by the Manila office. The hotel management needs to do something about it. The hotel is located in an island. We had thought there would be some places to visit on the island, but we were wrong. The only activities you can do on the island is swimming in the pools or kayaking the sea near the hotel. In other words, this place is for resting. The premise shows the wear and tear everywhere. Paints are chipping off, the water pipes in the bathroom are leaking, and so on. There is no refrigerator nor hair dryer. The wall-mounted AC is a bit noisy and difficult to maintain room temperature. However, the staff is very friendly. They are always smiling. They try to meet gusts' needs all the time. I was really satisfied with their service. If you want to relax, this is the place for it. If you need a fancy place or want some outdoor activities, this place is not so recommended.…

We stayed for a week on here. The location is beautiful and has a lot of potential to make it better. We were on the seaview accomodation which is great because the water is right in our verandah. Great sights and soo serene. Front desk ladies are great to dealt with. We appreciate that they pick us up on their special boat one time that we couldn't get a transport on the way back. That was great service! Special mention to Victor 🙂. Thanks you for accomodating our request everytime and for the last night, he set up the karaoke for us. Food can be late at times in ordering but tolerable because of the charmful faces of food service crews. The place is luckluster. As a suggestion: More guest would be more keen if there is a bar on the pool with music. An activity perhaps like water gym workout. Rooms has a fridge/freezer. Bathroom cabinet would be great if it's a good quality. Extra toilet rolls in sight. Wifi service is available everywhere. Boat service is extended to late. The Best place to stay in Coron!! As my mom and I arrived the first thing she said to me was this place is so tranquil! It’s stunning especially during sunset! A great way to meet people as there are many things to do! The night swims in swimming pool was fantastic! The food at the restaurant was great (so much flavour) really a lovely place to start our holiday! The staff were so helpful and pleasant :-) we were suppose to stay one but we ended up staying two!
