We kind of ended up in Igoumenitsa by mistake (We took a ferry from Corfu and thought we could catch a ferry to Patras from here) And we had to stay overnight before we could catch a local bus to Patras (the bus ride was one of the scariest experiences of my life, but great views) hotel Astoria was very...

There was nothing overly good or bad about it. It wasn't impeccable, but it wasn't disgusting. The breakfast was average with some deli meat and cheese and breads, one hard boiled egg. The staff was polite and friendly. I enjoyed the location. They had AC you can control. They have interesting art in the lobby.

we booked this hotel for two nights. Next to the port, nice decoration in the rooms and lobby, helpful reception. Breakfast lounge area, although is not included. Hair dryer and flat tv, comfortable beds, pillows a bit hard. Good value for money.

If you have to stay somewhere and you cannot find anywhere to stay you can choose here. Double bads are very small and towels are very hard. Rooms are different size, some of very dark. There is breakfast in hotel but you are lucky if can find something to eat. Wifii is not bad at room. There is a caffe...

Perfect hotel for a stop-over before taking the ferry or for exploring nearby coastline. The hotel was spacious, clean and quiet despite its location right in front of the domestic ferry terminal. Our room had a large and comfortable balcony - a pleasant surprise as this was not mentioned in the description. Staff was very helpful and nice, spoke excellent...

Excellent hotel opposite the ferry port. Brilliant for a one night stay. Very helpful staff and a very clean but dated room. Set us up after catching the ferry from corfu to visit the mainland. Did'nt have the breakfast as loads of good quality cafe's in the area. Igoumenitsa has got to be one of the most attractive commercial ports...

As part of my Europe travelling, I stayed at several hostels. Because there was no hostels that I knew of here, I booked a night for around 60-70 euros for me and my friend at Hotel Astoria. The entrance was very elegant and welcoming. We luckily had a sea view with a balcony which was perfect as again, this is...

The hotel is situated exactly in front of the port for domestic destinations, such as Corfù. The center of Igoumenitsa is at walking distance, as well as a lot of restaurants and bars. The room is big and clean, the furniture a bit basic. Air condition and wifi work properly. The staff is really kind and helpful, they suggested a...

This hotel is right by the port. We got to the hotel just 5 minutes before the 0830 ferry leaves for Corfu. The reception staff directed us to where the ticket office is and we made it just in time. Otherwise, we'd have to wait for 2 hours. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the...

Be aware that breakfast is not included in the advertised price, it is €7 extra. This hotel is kind of funky. The lobby is extravagantly decorated - it looks like an Egyptian cathouse. Hallways are also richly decorated, with dark wood wainscotting, sculptures, and murals. But... the rooms are much the same as they were in the 1960s when this...
