We stayed in the summer, for a few days in the ground floor of the Chyreen@Marazion. We had excellent communication with Erika and Dan from the moment we booked our trip, they were super helpful and answered all of our questions.

On arrival it was very easy to get in with the key very easily accessible. The accommodation itself is super clean and very well organized and laid out, it's very easy to use, has lots of amenities, and the décor and style is really modern which gives it a very homely and comfortable atmosphere.

Erika and Dan would deliver fresh croissants to us each morning, and there was freshly made scones and clotted cream on arrival. They were super helpful throughout our stay, very friendly and personable, and really made us feel welcome to their beautiful accommodation.

Marazion is also very beautiful, there is lots to see and do it's in a great location for nearby places to visit in the foot of Cornwall.

We really want to go back and can't wait to, thank you so much Erika and Dan, you are lovely people and your accommodation is super delightful.

The accommodation is amazing. The design is beautiful and to a very high standard. It's like home from home, very relaxing surroundings with everything that you need in a perfect space Very comfortable bed, soft fluffy towels and all very clean. I stayed for 4 nights in the Lookout which has sole use of the garden a private garden It's in a peaceful, rural location and only a 5 minute walk to Marazion beach. Great location for visiting St Michael's Mount, Land's End and the south coast. I am very very fussy about where I stay and often find something that I'm not happy with.....not on this occasion, it was all delightful. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

A wonderful place, self contained accommodation, and fabulous country views made our 2 night stay perfect. We had the loft room, and so well designed, furnished and maintained, with lovely views. Bathroom was very good. There is a little kitchenette which hosts Erika fills with juice, milk, yoghurt. There are cereals and fruit and fresh bread, plenty for our stay! A plate of fresh croissants every day too, you won't go hungry! Lovely walk into the village area for dinners. We loved Marazion and Chyreen very much.

We were lucky to get a late availability for Chyreen this August where they joined The Loft and The Look Out together for myself, husband and 2 children.
I am genuinely very fussy about accommodation but this place is stunning. The attention to detail is outstanding from the cleanliness, quality of fixtures and fittings and the owners thoughtful additions.
The accommodation is conveniently located to walk down to the beach and explore both the south and north coasts of Cornwall.
The owners, well what can I say, they went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely outstanding and I just want to say an enormous thank you for everything. We can’t wait to come and visit again soon.

Ideally located in Green Lane, which is a 10 minute walk from Marazion. Walking distance to the beach and bus stops. Very quiet location. Horses in the field, rabbits and an abundance of other wildlife and birds can be seen and heard.
The Loft was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Amazing views from both aspects.
Bed was amazingly comfortable. All that you need, we could not fault it.
Breakfast provided was delicious every morning. Fresh orange juice and fresh coffee, as well as icing sugar sprinkled croissants. With the view from the room, a perfect start to the day.
Erica and Dan were both very friendly. Erica being very helpful and accommodating in regards to dates and our stay.
We will certainly be back at some point.

We had a brilliant 4 night stay in The Lookout, which is a beautiful lower ground apartment. It has everything you could need, a kitchen area, very comfortable bed, a free standing huge bath and separate shower, sky TV, Wi-Fi and designated parking spot. Erika, the owner, was lovely and provided fresh milk, orange juice and Croissants every day. As we had The Lookout we had a little garden which is private and not overlooked. The upstairs apartment was also occupied, but we didn't see anyone. The views over the fields were lovely and relaxing. It was about a 10 min walk to the beech, restaurants and shops in Marazion. We got a taxi from Penzance one night which was around ÂŁ10. There looked to be regular buses going to various places. We did get a taxi to St Ives on day which was ÂŁ25, as we were going to Gin School we didn't want to drive and couldn't figure out the buses in time. All I can really say is this is an amazing place and I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. I would also recommend the Cutty Sark to eat (10 mins away).

Booked the Look Out as a surprise birthday present for my partner completely by chance, whilst I was initially looking at accommodation in St Ives this little gem popped up and when we arrived we were not disappointed. The place is Immaculate with all the modern mod-cons. We especially loved the wood burner. My partner is Gluten intolerant and I emailed Erica and Dan beforehand and on arrival he had a homemade Banana cake waiting for him which was absolutely delicious and I had a yummy cream tea. They also provided gluten free bread and cereal for breakfast for him which really was going above and beyond and the fruit bowl was a lovely added extra as we're the pastries.
I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Marazion, St Ives or anywhere in the surrounding area.
The icing on the cake would of been a hot tub in the garden.
Thank you Erica and Dan. We will be back x

Chyreen is the perfect place to stay in Marazion. The owners are very warm & welcoming but not intrusive. The accommodation is superb. Comfy seating & bed. Luxury bathroom. Luxury all round the apartment. Bi-fold doors overlooking a patio & garden for The Lookout that is solely for occupants. You can self cater or go out to eat. The breakfast provisions are well thought out & delicious. Plenty of items. Lots of lovely extras too. We give this place a huge thumbs up & we are VERY fussy about where we stay.

4 Girlfriends went on a walking weekend and could not ask for a better place to stay.
* Extremely friendly host who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome with a special Cornish Tea on arrival and bespoke welcome gift
* Perfect place to stay for walking holiday, loads of local walks to explore and the highlight was the Porthcurno ->Lands End->Sennen Cove walk (need to drive to Porthcurno)
* Immaculate home. Fresh, contemporary and clean and fully equipped.
* Walking distance from beach/local village and restaurants
* Views on fields - gives it a countryside feel
