We stayed here for 3 nights in September. We were made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we entered. All the staff were friendly and helpful and genuinely concerned that we have a good stay. We booked the Deluxe Double room which is on the top floor, has it's own balcony and superb views of St Michaels Mount....

We have stayed at this lovely boutique hotel a number of times in recent years and we both love it! Very high quality place in a stunning part of Cornwall. Staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Some of the rooms are a bit on small side but the better rooms with sea...

Liezel and I have just returned from another fantastic stay at Mount Haven. It was so sad to hear that Orange and Mike had "sold up" and passed on the baton of Mount Haven to new owners. We hope they have a long, happy and healthy retirement after their fantastic stewardship of Mount Haven for more than fifteen years. So many...

We stayed for two nights as a birthday treat. We booked the day before we went. What a lovely hotel. Very friendly ladies on reception. We had a fabulous room with balcony overlooking St Michaels mount. Really peaceful. Very good breakfast in the mornings and lovely ladies who served us. Thank you for making my birthday really happy.

We visited Mount Haven for spa treatments & highly recommend Yolande - amazing (proper!) aromatherapist, wealth of knowledge & fabulous treatment. My husband had the sports massage which was great. Nice to have an experienced therapist with years of proper experience. Reasonably priced too - especially as within such a lovely hotel. Highly recommend - lovely treatment room with amazing...

We were so disappointed that it proved impossible for us to stay at Mount Haven for the full three days we had booked and to which we had looked forward for several weeks. I explained to the reception desk that, despite the helpful and considerate attention of all the staff, the facilities in our room proved to be unsuitable for...

A lovely small hotel set in the cliffs with fantastic views across the bay to St Michaels Mount. From the moment you enter the foyer there is a lovely calmness. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed to much effort. Our room was beautifully appointed with its own private terrace and others have balconies. An excellent...

Have stayed here several times now. Always good and never disappoints and we get to chill out! Sceptical of new ownership on this visit, but so far so good. Hotel is clean and tidy, food great and staff are simply the best! They are friendly, welcoming and customer focussed. The hotel is informal and relaxed; This is a haven for...
