We came across Le Petit Nid by a chance lucky search on the Internet. We originally booked to stay in the b&b itself, but when we arrived the hosts Carla & Leo offered us a room in the 'alpine house', a beautiful little chalet around 5km up the mountain from Valtourneche (in the middle of nowhere). The chalet & surroundings...

Drinking the complimentary "vino spumante " we received as a parting gift, I have to admit, it was was the best b&b I stayed so far. Starting with the room, that was small, but cosy, romantic, warm and continuing with the bathroom that was very clean(daily cleaned, I was very impressed. We stayed in the rouge apartment, which had a...

We were amazed by the hospitality of our host. She prepared delicious breakfasts. We felt as if we were at home. She even made us gifts: a toy for my girl and a bottle of Prosecco for us. We stayed in an appartment together with two friends. Our room was small - we didn't have enough space to open our...

Based upon good reviews, we have booked two weeks on our end-of-the-year skiing trip with Carla and Leo. First we stayed at the apartment house Coup d Coeour and for the second week, we have moved to the blue room at the Le Petit Nid. Both places were spotless clean with regular daily service. We really enjoyed the christmas time...

The reviews are all true. Carla is an extraordinary host. She really goes all the way to make you feel comfortable. We have booked the apartment on top of the b&b. This place was great. It has 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a big kitchen. Both bathrooms have a massage shower, it was wonderful after a ski...

It was our second time in Valtourneche and this year we had the chance to find an available room in Le petit nid...that totally met our expectations, following all the nice reviews previously read on Tripadvisor. Carla, the owner, is such a friendly and warm person that makes everything for you to have a perfect stay. The "rouge gorge" room...

We spend just a wonderful week at Le Petit Nid. Carla and Leo did everything to make us feel at home. They recommended us where to eat, where to shop, where to rent ski. Carla always offered us tea or coffee. She even cooked spaghetti carbonara for us as a dinner one evening - as a friendly gift! I could...

Cosy rooms, good location, amazing breakfasts and freshly home baked cakes after skiing - what more could you want? Definitely one of the best b&bs we've stayed in Carla is an amazing host, treating you like a true guest in her home - in the morning she's on hand to serve up fresh bread, omelettes, Italian coffee, freshly squeezed juice,...

Cozy style, warm and clean, many people are coming there every year! The host, Carla, takes care of everithing. The b-fast is the top story, much better than any luxury hotel. New cake every day :). There is also appartment on the upper floor that I didn't see, but the "permanent stayers" are reserving it one year in advance...
