We had an amazing stay! We stayed with our dog and it has been a hustle-free and relaxing stay. The place is great, the food is tasty and good value for money and the staff is all friendly. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends!

Wish to commend the exceptional work done by the F&B team led by the Manager Samitha and team member Dilan. We received royal treatment and the food was delicious. They were very attentive and ensured we were guided on what to order and delivered on the recommendation. Will definitely return for such stellar service.

Loved the hotel and the views and the staff… especially Ms Shanika and Mr Amal from the Gazebo restaurant for breakfastwere so genuinely caring and helpful… we loved the experience overall also … will definitely be coming back…the Mountain View from breakfast also so relaxing and peaceful… total zen🌺

Gazrbo cafe in Dubai Hatta hotel is a nice place to visit, they have delicious food and the waiter named Shanika she is the beast she is friendly with a beautiful smile and she provided us with a good service she mad our day. Thank you for the lovely time 💗

We stayed for 2 days in this magic place. JA Hatta Fort Hotel is a very nice place to stay with the kids as there are a lot of things they can do there. Also the lake (Hatta Dam) is amazing and if you want to have some more activities you can go to Wadi Hub to enjoy some adventures. Recommended

A hidden gem not many know about. I have been visiting this hotel with my family as a little girl in the Eighties when it opened. Our Family love this hotel and the JA Team that all work there are our Family, they have all watched my children grow. Highly recommend our Hidden Gem.

From the beginning to the end I felt so relax never before in an hotel. A big thank you to Maria and phyo who made my stay just perfect. They are so attentive, professional all around and make this trip memorable one. The food was ok and especially the coffee at cafe lobby. Highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
