A perfect weekend break
My wife and I stayed at the Middle Woodbatch B&B over the weekend (04/05 June)
It’s a beautiful working 17 century farm in a lovely part of the country. The area is very peaceful and quite ideal for walking or visiting one of the restaurants in Bishops Castle a short distance away easily walkable. The guest rooms have been renovated to a very high standard and were immaculately turned out and spotlessly clean. Facilities included TV and tea and coffee in all rooms.
Mary and Steve who run the B&B were very friendly, welcoming and treated us more like family than guests. Breakfasts were superb well cooked and ample to set you up for the day ahead.
Highly recommend a stay at the Middle Woodbatch a warm friendly welcome awaits
Thank you Mary and Steve

Really lovely B&B. Room was spacious and everything you need was provided. Excellent breakfast and friendly hosts. The B&B is very well situated for walkers and the Shropshire Way passes through the farm and the Offa's Dyke is a shortish walk away. Highly recommended.

Stayed here this weekend for a family camping trip, great views, really polite people when collecting logs. Showers and Toilets clean. Defo recommend, also brilliant walk up through the local woods 👍 Local village has a co-op if need to pick up a few bits.

Fabulous, friendly campsite with great facilities. Lovely host. Chose this campsite because the website made it sound very welcoming. Lovely hot shower, basic kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave & fridge freezer so makes for an easy time. Breathtaking views!! Will definitely visit again! Stayed on my own on my 1st trip out with my camper.

A very good B+B in an outstanding location in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. The room was very comfortable, big comfy bed and lots of nice little extras. Breakfast was very good, worth having (they do room only as well). Everything was spotless. You need your own transport here.

Just come home from a couple of nights stay at this beautiful campsite.
Found a lovely spot in which to pitch our camper and awning. The views are amazing and miles of well marked footpaths to walk. Showers and Toilets spotless. We didn’t use the kitchen other then to get water but a lovely addition to the campsite. A few other campers on the site but still lovely and quite.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left (which came too soon) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the use of a fridge in the lounge was very welcome. Marys breakfasts were cooked to perfection. Mary and Steve as hosts were second to none, helpful and friendly. The only downside to Middle Woodbatch Farm is that is it very isolated but that is part of its charm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this B&B to anybody.

Peaceful campsite on a slope with views towards the Long Mynd. On a working farm so the cows will give you a friendly alarm call in the morning. Good shower and kitchen block - 3 showers and 3 toilets plus fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle in kitchen. The farm will serve breakfast or baps if you order the night before and the sausage and egg bap was delicious (only£4). You can buy wood for the firepits too if you want a camp fire. The hosts are very friendly and interesting to talk to - they have a pregnant hedgehog in care at the moment so looking forward to news of the hoglets on my next visit!

We haven't been camping for at least 7 years and never with our 6 and 1 year old so was looking for a small campsite and quiet location.⛺️

This was perfect! ❤️

Lovely views. ❤️

Perfect facilities and very clean including fridge freezer, kettle & toaster.

Toilets and showers were clean - unisex though which I must admit I didn't really like.

Logs are available to purchase on site for £3 for a big bag which looked great but we didn't use due to safety with our young children.

Can purchase breakfast baps too which I thought was an excellent optional extra at a good price.

We did find the site a little hard to find at 1st as missed the small sign and was silly to follow the sat nav as it took us on a long detour.

When we got there though it was worth it!

It does state that the site is only for 10 tents whilst we were there were 12 and 2 larger groups.
This concerned me at 1st but I never had to wait for the toilet or shower and everyone seemed lovely so was no concern to us.

Overall this campsite is lovely and highly recommended!
Thank you for providing the first of many camping holidays as a family! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
