It was an excellent stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making us and our dogs very welcome - the box of things for the dogs (towel, mat, bowls, dog treats, etc.) is an excellent idea. We had a master bedroom which was very comfortable, beautifully clean and well equipped and also had a wonderful view over the Shropshire...

We were in Bishops Castle for a concert. The hotel was ideally situated with comfy bedroom and nice breakfast. Lovely patio for residents with a great view across the countryside. Would recommend for an overnight stay.

Lovely hotel, we were made so welcome by the staff and couldn't fault our night in room 4. The food was excellent, beautiful gardens and all very dog friendly. We will be back and looking forward to more cuddles with Miss Millie (mini sausage)...🐾🐾💞

Spur of the moment decision to stay on a D,B&B package for one night, we enjoyed every minute. Warm welcome, comfortable room with smashing view following by good local beer, Shropshire white wine and a hearty meal. Only regret was staying for one night only. The hearty breakfast also sets you up for the day.

Stayed at the Castle for one night on the Sunday before the May bank holiday. Took our dog along as the hotel is dog friendly. On arrival they provide a box of Doggy goodies, including towel water bowl, treats etc. We had a small double room which was comfortable and had the softest bed sheets ever. We had one of...

All areas excellent - great room (8); very well staffed - friendly, efficient and obliging; bar (excellent local beers) and food high standard. Nothing to fault - will definitely plan to return. Garden and views impressive.

We had an evening meal in the bar, while staying at Oakley B&B, approximately 4 miles away. I had soup of the day (spiced tomato), followed by haddock with tartare sauce, chips and minted peas and, for dessert, panacotta with cream. All courses were beautifully cooked/prepared and presented and were in good-sized portions. The friendliness and hospitality skills of the...
