Quick weekend visit to Mabletherpe. The hotel is close to the beach (50 yards away) which, incidentally, seems to go on forever, 16 miles long I am told! The hotel gardens overlook the boating pond. I had a cold beer watching the owner feed the geese! Mini golf and a fair ground are also close by. The hosts are excellent,... More

My husband booked my sister and I into the Colours Guest House,on a late break. To be honest I was a little apprehensive during our journey because my husband had said that the shower and toilet room was opposite the bedroom but only we had a key to use it . How wrong was I ? the new owners Jean and... More

This was our second visit to Colours Guest House and with the change of owners we were unsure whether the standards previously maintained would still be the same. However, our concerns were immediately forgotten on arrival when we were greeted by the new hosts Fred and Jean. A delightful couple who looked after us extremely well throughout our one week... Jean and Fred were really helpful when we had a few odd questions and were very happy to help. Breakfast was top rate and always happy to accommodate and offering more of everything. Friendly hosts, very clean rooms and always up for a chat! Stayed in Brown room and had everything we wanted and slept soundly. Very quiet location and... More

Me and my Mum stayed here for 2 nights in July. I think we were the first guests under new owner ship as they were moving in that weekend! Had a brill stay and the new owners could not have been better (even though it must have been a stressfull time) Breakfast was really nice, all the extras and the... More

Fred and Jean made our trip, they couldn't of been more helpful, lovely rooms (we stayed in the Lilac room), welcoming and homely lounge with board games for the evening or TV, breakfast was great which helped us get a good start to our days... Colours is the best guesthouse we've ever been to: great hospitality, lovely rooms, beautiful lounge with board games for the evening, good breakfast and a great menu for evening meals. Queen's Park is on the doorstep, and the prom and sandy beaches are a flight of steps away - everything you need if you have children with you. We counted... More

This hotel is centrally located in Mablethorpe. 1 minute walk and your on the sea front. About 4-5 minute walk to the Main Street. Nice and secure, front door locked at all times. Car park is private and tucked away, so you feel safe leaving your car. An evening meal option is offered. We didn't have it but looked a... More

Myself, husband and Russell the Jack Russell stayed at Colours Guest House for a weekend in April. On arrival we parked the car in their private car park.
