Upon arrival host gave excellent advice on weather and things to do! There were also sweets and flowers on the bed! The room was clean, comfortable, and quite. The laundry facility onsite was accessible and convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will be back on our next visit to the area!

Arrived late on a Sunday evening, and just amazed at such a warm and hospitable welcome from Becky incredibly friendly! The Chalet style room was perfect for the two days stay, very clean and all the facilities one would require, along with free WiFi.

It's a good basic motel... What makes it very good is the host Becky. She is warm, friendly n simple. The ratings go up due to her. She was the 1st among many warm friendly New Zealanders we met. The motel other wise is cosy n simple ,with a nice little kitchenette .

We stayed three nights in the access studio. We arrived after reception hours, but made arrangements with the motel. The lady who worked at the motel was very helpful and friendly. Our complex had a kitchen with microwave, stove and fridge. The interior was a bit old, but it was ok. We found a cockroach in the room on the... More

We find this motel just the day before we check in. And we find it is surprisingly good. I booked the final big family room with four bedrooms. It is the best motel I have ever stay. Big and clean room and good service. Great value for money.

The lady bought it 6 weeks ago, she was lovely. The room was massive! Clean, tidy, car parking, free unlimited wifi & peanut slab on the bed was awesome! Information folder had brochures for every activity & restaurant in the area, very informative & have nothing bad to say about this place :)

Motel located on main street, easy to find. Angie and Gordon were great host, friendly and helpful, made us feel like home. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Had a friendly pet dog around the property. Would definitely return.

Location & Reservation =================== Booking was over the phone, I didn't find an email address or an online booking form / webpage. Booking worked well, though, just that it was an international phone call which is rather more expensive than an email booking. The motel is located on the main street in Motueka but a bit out of town, so... More

“If you're travelling with a family group, ask about the availability of the former Nun's quarters - that is where we stayed: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, self-contained living/dining and cooking, with a small verandah and outdoor seating. This was perfect for us.”
