Fantastic motel; quick and friendly check-in. Huge rooms and bathroom, super clean and excellent linen and products. Everything you would need for an extended stay. Very close to town (walking distance), easy parking and nice grounds. Would recommend to anyone.

What a find. This motel is spotless. Very modern and clearly well run. A 5 minute walk from the shops restaurants and supermarkets in town, it is very convenient for trips up the east coast. The owners are very helpful and welcoming. Laundry facilities are available on site. The rooms are equipped with microwave, fridge and all you would need...

We spent three nights at this motel. We found it large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Our room was at the back of the property on the lower level. There was a great room kitchen and living area with a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen had the utensils and pans that we needed to cook...

The room was comfortable and this motel is pretty handy for everything, including an excellent supermarket. We suffered a bit by having the room next to the laundry although this was closed at 9.30pm. (The laundry was coin operated and cost $ for the washer and $4 for the drier. Not cheap.)

Our 1-night stay was perfect. Room was very spacious, hygienic and great for relaxing. Had everything we needed including fast wifi and a comfy bed! Lady in reception was lovely; kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to Motueka.

Very clean and centrally located. Of newer construction. 5 minutes walk to all the town of Motueka has to offer. I had earmarked this motel and found on their website that they were fully booked. Went to Kayak who redirected me to Booking.com and got a room for less than the morel's website wanted.

Avalon Manor is situated on the main drag and it's busy but you wouldn't know it from inside the rooms, they must be double glazed windows. It was very quiet. The room had a small kitchenette and was outfitted for use. The bathroom was big, as was the shower. It felt like the tile floor had floor heating, it was...

My brother and I stayed here on route to the Able Tasman area. It is well positioned and was clean, tidy and suited our needs for the evening. There were even cooking facilities here, so my brother took it upon himself to make us a cooked breakfast before our kayaking experience, not sure if that was such a good move....

My partner and I stayed in the large twin studio. We arrived around 5.30pm and left early the next morning. There were plenty of parking outside the room. It was quiet even tho we were close to the main road. The room was very spacious and had a great kitchen if we wanted to cook dinner. The room decor felt...
