We stayed with Gayle for two days before walking in the Abel Tasman.Gayle is a great hostess who advised us well on places to eat and visit. We were in the downstairs queen room which is very well appointed. The only down side is that there is no"en-suite" but a private bathroom along the passage.

Gayle and Robin are great hosts. Breakfast was ample and delicious and the rooms comfortable. Lovely having the guest sitting room. Gayle was helpful in recommending a restaurant for dinner on our second night and also suggessted we stopped in Nelson en route before checking in as we would be pushing it to make dinner in Motueka

We stayed with Gayle at Bloom Fields for three nights on our recent visit to New Zealand, and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. We were in the downstairs queen room, and it met our needs perfect. The room was huge - with a Queen sized bed and a sitting area and a small fridge, microwave, toaster,...

We stayed at Bloomfields on our recent trip to NZ and we couldn't have wished for a warmer welcome and such kind hospitality from Gayle and Robin! We'd stayed at lots of motels and similar on our travels but Bloomfields stands out as one of the nicest places. Such comfortable rooms, including our own little sitting room complete with tea...

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the hospitality and Gayle was most helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the room comfortable. There was a special gift on Valentines day - a chocolate rose on my wife's pillow. Gayle did some washing for us and gave us plums and tomatoes from the garden. All in all a lovely place to stay

It really felt like a home away from home. The hospitality was second to none and we were very pleased with the facilities. Our room was very spacious, private, clean and comfortable. We had beautiful fresh fruit for breakfast with organic eggs and were also lucky enough to try Gayles baking, her 10pm slice was the best! Last but certainly...

Gayle and Robyn were very warm and welcoming. Their home is a real credit to them. Our room was spacious bright and very clean and tidy. The outdoor courtyard was a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon. For breakfast we had locally produced organic fruit juice and Gayles home made jam is a real treat. Next time we visit...

Our room was large, with a sofa and coffee/frig. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is down the hall, but private, as no other guests or family occupy that level. We couldn't use the outdoor seating area immediately outside our room due to rain. Gayle and Robin were very helpful in helping us decide our activities as a storm was approaching....

The welcome is warm and friendly. We had a great time at Bloom Fields B & B. Gayle and Robin will do anything to help you and make your stay enjoyable. The proximity of the Abel Tasman park allows for excellent walks. This is the second time we have stayed here and it is with pleasure that we will return.

Very pleasantly surprised to find this clean, large, well-equipped, home-stay style B&B. After coming straight off the Abel Tasman walk with my son, Gayle and Robin were extremely accommodating, readily assisting with laundry, where to eat and what to do in the area. It was like staying with an overseas relative! Also loved the free wi fi.
