The "hotel" is divided into 4 buildings.there is no lift and the rooms are very basic. The cleaners did not bother to change and clean the garbage bins even in the bathroom, where I found the rest of the former tenant's dirty toilet paper! The towels feel like sandpaper! The mattress is so hard that I get up with backpack...

The location of the hotel is great. The large compound is next to the lake with a rather long line of a beach. You can swim in a clean and clear water, while watching snow capped mountains. The end of the peer is especially a nice place for swimming in a deep water. If water is too cold ,you can warm...

We were here before the summer and there were not many guests, although the weather was very good. The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull. Her English was not so good, but she tried very hard to explain everything to us (and she succeeded). The rooms were very clean and meet 'Western' standards, although the electricity stopped a few times....

I've stayed at Kapriz and Karven and they are nicer places, better grounds and slightly better facilities. Three Crowns has all rooms in multi-story buildings, but no cottages. Their beach area is same as rest with a long pier and small sauna at the end. Restaurant was OK, but at least in May the lakefront bar was not open. Internet...

The room was spacious, generally clean, and we loved that it was walking distance to Issyk Kul lake. The hotel maintains a beautiful garden which gives a very relaxing and balanced feeling to the place. Food I would say is average. But the restaurant service is fast and seems generally clean. The hotel also have a small convenient store within...

I've stayed at this hotel twice, both times at the end of the season (Late August, Early September). The first time I stayed, two years ago, I would have rated this hotel 4-Stars. However, on my most recent trip, the hotel seems to have become a bit run down. Most of the problems on this trip were small, and I...

We stayed at the Three Crowns hotel in a six friends trip to Kyrgyzstan. It was a good stop on our way from Karakol to Bishkek after visiting some river beds in the area. The hotel setting is great on Lake Issyk-Kul with beach access. The units are modern and the one we got (room 212) was more spacious that...

Our group stayed here just out of peak when only a few tourist around and nothing open other than the dining room. Hotel resort feels a little strange but I would think it is probably one of the better hotels to stay in. Rooms were not serviced during our stay (other than a toilet paper roll left outside our door....
