The location is good, close to Kew Gardens (10 min by bus, bus stop just outside the hotel). We stayed on a Fri night, the hotel was very busy with many rugby supporters. We asked for a quiet room. The room on the 4th floor was small, basic, functional, clean and quiet. We had a good nights sleep. Reception staff...

I've been staying at Travelodge Kew on and off for a few months now. The hotel offers basic amenities but the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and customer service is of a 5 star hotel. Do not hesitate to book this hotel if you are on a budget but still want good service, friendly, smiling staff and perfect location to...

This hotel ticks all boxes, Location, Value for money, Cleanliness, and so on. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels in the London area but none were better than this one. Would not hesitate staying here again.

The rooms are spacious and clean. However the staff need some lessons in customer care. It might be helpful if at least one member of staff here had at least a basic grasp of the English language. Breakfast was dry and unappetising and yet again, poor customer service by uninterested staff.

Just checked out from a one night stay. The room was lovely and spacious, with a view of the canal. The staff were all very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and were all cheerful and friendly. On a recommendation from a lady staff member at breakfast I walked over To Kew retail park a mile over Kew bridge, and...

For what you are paying this Travelodge is well positioned for public transport, the staff are friendly, the rooms are large, but there is a distinct lack of an attention to details. Room basic but fine. Bed comfortable. Great view over the Thames and Kew Gardens. However our three night stay was spoiled by rowdy partying guests on the second night.
