Location is perfect for say Kew Gardens OR getting into central London by bus and/or tube. Staff couldn't be more helpful. On a previous visit the bus which was supposed to take us outside this PI was diverted due to extensive road works and we ended up a couple of miles off route. One of the staff asked us at...

Room prices fluctuate depending which night of the week you stay. Not sure why this should matter but overall we got a good deal for three nights. All rooms are the same so you can guarantee the same standard each time you book.

Excellent. If you are thinking of staying at a travelodge nearbye then dont, spend a couple of extra quid on the premier inn, its definitely worth it. And patk in the car park opposite, its free all night and on sundays.

Stayed here for a trip down to Twickenham to watch the rugby. The location was fine - a free shuttle service from the ground into Richmond, then a 10 minute bus ride from there. The hotel itself was spotless and provided everything we needed for a short stay. After a great night's sleep and a good breakfast we walked to...

Stayed for 4 nights. Room clean, staff friendly. Near to Kew bridge train station and 20min walk to Kew Gardens. Ate in the restaurant 1 night and the food was pretty good. Ask for a room near the back of the hotel.

Room and cleanliness excellent but my rom 302 was on main road 2 very large windows and noise was big issue from traffic and sirens. 2 coffee sachets and 2 teabags very minimal if you only drink one or the other.

The only reason for it not having a 5 rating is that the staff weren't that helpful. They didn't know about the parking pricing (£15 for 24hrs) and were sarcy to my wife. However the rooms were great. We stayed on the garden side which was quiet. The bed was very comfy. We stayed for 2 nights for the rugby...

Situated around a mile from Kew Gardens by road (across the Thames as the bird flies!) this is the perfect stop for a visit to Kew and the rest of London. The staff are welcoming and helpful, the rooms spotless and comfortable and the breakfasts ideal for the perfect start to your day.

Good location with parking. Bus stops outside for connections to Hammersmith and White City. Staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable. Only minor gripe is the insistence on only one sachet of coffee in the room which means it's inevitable that you have to go to reception and ask for more supplies.

Room has been refurbished to the latest style so was clean and fresh. Desk, TV, tea/coffee making supplied. Comfortable bed and quiet environment for a good night's sleep. Usual bathroom style, with soap dispensers, towels supplied. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of items. Friendly and helpful staff make this a good place to stay if in the area.
