The location is very convenient if you want to go around Central London. Close to public transportation. The room is clean and as always the case with Premier Inn, the pillows and beds are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is a good deal for a family - kids are free for as long as an adult...

Not a bad location for central London and given the price a good alternative to the centre of the city. Easy commute once aware of the buses and tube routes. One of the cleanest Premier Inns we have stayed in and very helpful staff. Staff were knowledgeable and seemed generally concerned and cared about the customers. Good customer service is...

Great hotel, exceptional staff, very very clean, nothing too much trouble, great location. Stayed for two nights over the RWC final weekend. Hotel bar had happy hour where drinks are two for one, food is excellent, fresh and tasty, great breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms very nice, comfy beds although they are quite warm but the hotel does provide...

Very clean and well appointed family rooms in an attractive and well-run hotel. Very well located for Kew and Richmond but just far enough away to have a large parking lot! at £20-£30 per person per night how can one complain? The beds are very comfortable and the soundproofing in the room is quite amazing considering this hotel faces the...

Ideally situated for Twickenham stadium, bus stop just 30 second walk from the hotel. Handy for a visit to Chiswick High Road too, another short bus ride away. With Premier Inns you know what to expect, friendly staff, a good nights sleep (ask for a top floor room at this one), and good quality food.

Family stayed here as part of a holiday to London. The room was excellent and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, and all you could eat. The hotel was situated close to the bus and underground routes. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

We spent one night here during a visit to Kew Gardens. It was the usual high Premier Inn standard with a large room and very smart bathroom. The only slight downside was the heat in the bedroom and not being able to open the window at night because of the traffic noise. To be fair, there were two electric fans...

Good location for Twickenham / Richmond. No 65 bus takes you straight there. Parking could have been a problem in my high roof van, but lucked out just outside the hotel. All in all excellent stay. Especially like that they let us check in at Midday.

I have stayed at several Premier Inns this year and have yet to be disappointed. This location has recently need refurbished and our room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. They have a Happy Hour and the place was very busy with builders and other tradesmen enjoying a few extra pints after a day's...

...but shame about the lack of staff and freezing cold room! Really good food in the restaurant, but total lack of staff made service terrible. Room was freezing as window open on arrival and no heater
