Beautiful suites, stylish, in fabulous color combinations. The shower in front of the sauna room is a bit non practical but is nicely designed too. The king size bed is super comfortable. The minibar is cooled but empty- weird. Our question for the why was not really answered- early days issues I guess. The staff is friendly but not highly trained- some Swiss hotel management school lessons would not be harmful.

At the moment the best hotel rooms in the village. Still, some details were missing in my room even others in out group had recieved certain complimentary products.

Better quality breakfast with nice personalized concept and friendly service. Too few cooks in the citchen though.

All is ready for better than average service and design experience in Levi BUT one thing that really is from a past world is a super anti-customer-friendly principle to keep the spa shut on Sundays. Nothing to do with any resort business thinking in today’s world. Our group just could not help wondering how on earth can the hotel afford such behaviour.

The experience would have been very good if guests had been adherent to rules and regulation to prevent covid.
Room was not so big but modern and nice. Bathroom is open on the room through 2 glass doors and it not gives you so much privacy, so think about it if you go with someone you are not so close to…
You get free access to all spa area but due to the fact that there were no limitations and many guests were going around without face masks we didn’t try it.
I would suggest staff member to impose the use of masks especially at buffet areas…

To recommend as a three star hotel with adjusted pricing.

Five star is a scam as the service proposition is not at all in line with the absurd prices charged.

Things to improve: a) Service quality reception (personnel very transactional – fine for a three star hotel not five star hotel); b) Service quality room service (supervision by the manager of the work conducted by cleaning teams as a number of cleaning teams spend their time on cellphones asking clients whether they would their rooms have cleaned – cleaning means: passing a broom in the bath and folding the linens / no linens changed even if the pillows were on the floor to signal it is not proper!); c) Furnishing rooms properly (not sufficient space for putting the clothing of two people); d) Room design (shower: construction awkward as you water the appartment while taking a shower; no privacy in the bath as bath and room are connect with doors not fully closing). Overall it feels like that the design has been given to an external firm without the owner of the hotel checking properly whether the proposals would work. E) SPA is clearly not on the level of a five star hotel where you would expect private jacuzis and calmness in the SPA area. what you get is a free entrance in the public SPA of levi where you have to fight for space in the sauna & jacuzis. Clearly not a five star experience. F) Service quality activities – in a five star hotel you expect pro-active activity proposals by the hotel & support for planning your journey. When asked to make a dinner reservation in a predefined restaurant, I had to convince the receptionist to call the restaurant. With regards to other activities such as Snow Shoe walking or husky races we were directed towards the tourist information… A five star hotel normally offers basic activities free of charge (for instance snow shoes) and for others has predefined agreements with high quality operators. Here neither was the case. G) Dinner – The hotel does have four restaurants in its premises (of which one Burger King…). However, even as a hotel guest you cannot reserve or are treated preferably with regards to waiting for tables…

Overall I would not recommend this hotel. If they take their five star journey seriously, I would expect that they act on the above.

One star for the location. Other than that the hotel should be called "design challenged" - tiny rooms, no place to leave clothes (especially skiing clothes), no proper shower curtains, NO CLEANING SERVICE, no luggage service/ storage, staff aren't trained. The room is hot at all times and can't be regulated. We slept with the window open at -17 Celsius. Not very sustainable this place... These prices would get you a world-class service anywhere in the world but not in this hotel.

We stayed at one of the new large Deluxe Suites and were quite happy with it (with the exception of the very annoying glass door with gaps on the toilet cubicle that offered zero privacy, even for a married couple... not sure which genius came up with that concept). I think you have to suspend belief in Levi with regards to how much these rooms cost, as the prices were commensurate to 5* in central London and overall the quality was closer to 4* in a provincial hotel, but that aside it was a very pleasant stay.

Elegant, modern, clean and with a beautiful desing, this hotel made our stay in Levi more than pleasant.
The room (can’t remember the type) was spacious, relaxing and the bed simply amazing. Extra appreciation for the Nespresso machine.
The lady from the reception was friendly and helpful, giving us accurate information about the things that can be done around and places to dine.
Tasty and variated breakfast.

We stayed at deluxe loft room, and it was perfect for family traveling with kids. Usually, we have sofa bed or spare bed in room or two rooms combined, but this was way better for us. Room was spacious and kids enjoyed their time at their own balcony. Still, they were in our sight all the time.
They seem to learn from these review or other guests who has written reviews hasn’t find the right breakfast place. They had special breakfast for our room and it had table service for warm dishes. You should really try asparagus with bacon. It was excellent. Kids loved American pancakes with vanilla.
Hotel is well located. Easy access to center of the city, slopes and cross-country skiing. Everything that we want to do in Levi. Overall we loved the place and will come back again next time.

The design of the hotel and the room are something unique. I really like and appreciate it.
Bed very comfortable.
Bathroom and toilet are special- if you need privacy I’m not sure it is so , but maybe at other rooms it’s different.
I had a room on the first floor. It had second floor with 2 additional beds - good for families.

Why not 5 ?
Acoustic is bad !
I could hear the water in the toilet from upper floors, I could hear people in the upper floors and corridors.
Miss designed!

The hotel manager was superb and went out of his way to help us. 10/10 that man! We were quite disappointed that the hotel was not a spa hotel at all. - it happens to be next to (and not joined to) treatment rooms and a swimming pool that are all available to the public anyway. Not a spa, no steam rooms and you have to pay to use the gym. The breakfast was good and once a few wrinkles were ironed out service was good.
The shower pressure in room 176 was in the lower half of all the showers I’ve ever stood under. The room overall was good, the snacks were lovely and the free drinks were a lovely touch (would have been extremely nice if replaced every day - for just a few euros it would have been a cheap cost for the hotel).
